- An incident happened in my main fandom today, and it got me thinking about the positive and negative ways that being in a fandom can impact the mental health of fans, and how fans can positively and negatively impact the celebrities they follow.
I think some of us underestimate how much a fandom impacts our mental health, and how much we can affect celebrities and unintentionally hurt them.

I totally agree with you...
👏👏👏
Thank you! ❤️
What I enjoy most about you and your channel is being very aware of yourself. That is the biggest challenge people face in order to make changes to improve in work, personal life etc. It is also great that you are bringing awareness to the importance of balance. Great content.
Thank you very much! I guess that's the one benefit to my bipolar disorder - it has forced me to be very aware of myself and my emotions. And for some reason I don't feel shy sharing that with the world. Actually, I find it empowering to share my experiences, thoughts, and emotions with everybody. I wish there had been somebody like me when I first started struggling with my mental health nearly 20 years ago.
Sorry it took me a while to watch this. Really enjoyed this video. Thank you so much, you are amazing. Hope you keep making these videos.
Thank you Karen! ❤️

Did that scum who ran in music we trust ever get charged for what he did
Hi Jennifer, I lost my Twitter account and I can’t send messages or see my friends any more. Just wondering if you could find me.
The only Karen Monk I can find on Twitter is your "old" account 🤷♀️
From what I've seen, lots of people were having problems with Twitter. Your account might be OK now.
