  • The 2025 KTM 350XCF is my favorite 4-stroke dirt bike....
How much better can WP Pro Components Suspension (VS forks and TRAXX shock), Connectivity Unit Offroad, and full Akrapovic exhaust system make my favorite combination of Power/Weight/Handling in a 4-stroke dirt bike?
My 2025 KTM 350 summery video to date.
    • Best Do it All 4-Strok...
350's are such a great combination of Power/Weight/Handling and this latest 350 engine in the updated 2025 KTM chassis with new WP spring forks does not disappoint! The latest 350 engine has stronger low to mid power compared to the KR350 and still pulls forever on top and both of the stock EFI maps run clean and crisp. The complete Akrapovic exhaust system on the 25 350XCF is quieter, lighter, pulls strong, and has a spark arrester too. With the Connectivity Unit Offroad it is easy to dial in the power character of the 350XCF. For woods riding I dial back the power and throttle response using the Gravel/Wet base power map. In the Advance settings option I minimize throttle response, minimize engine braking, and maximize Traction Control. This combination really smoothes out the initial throttle response making the 350XCF easier to ride on tight trails. Minimizing engine braking frees up the chassis and gives the bike a "lighter" feel in motion. At the MX track I can use the CUO to turn up the throttle response and use the Sand/Dry base map for a little more power feel. The CUO offers the option to change the engine power and character.
The updated WP spring forks are impressive! The rear of the bike has more comfort too with the updated frame along with linkage and shock changes though perhaps still not as compliant as the KR350 chassis/frame on the chop and sharp inputs. This updated 25 chassis is a great combination of cornering and stability and precision.

Great way to start the day with power wheelies at Kickin Roost MX 🚀

Good morning. Did you have to modify the valves on the cone valve forks to fit them on this new 2025 chassis? Or did you simply install them on the bike and they worked with the revalved valves they already had? Best regards. 🔥

I've used this set of WP CV forks (0.48 springs) on my 21 350 Kailub Russell Edition and this 25 350XCF - same setting and just bolt on and ride...have worked so well I don't want to change them.

When compared to 250s and other 350s, maybe. Second best when compared to 450s...

Always raising the bar on nice bikes you get to test 💪, thx!
    Stock mapping?
Favorite 'open' bike by a ways after riding the 2024.

I am running the KTM Connectivity Unit so change up maps: Hard Pack/Dry or Sand/Dry base power curves with minimum engine braking (#1) and maximum throttle response (#5) for moto and Gravel/Wet for woods with minimum throttle response/engine braking to dial it back (kind of like a 250F). Very fun and versatile bike!

    That’s a 24.5 factory edition not a 2025.

@@motocross211gotcha haha. Yeah my 2025 250xc doesn’t look anything like that. That’s a sweet bike. I have 24’ 350xcf and it’s my favorite bike by far. I like 2 strokes for trails but my 350 is amazing in every place I’ve rode it even hill climbs no problem.
