YAYYY go girlie 🥰
Thanks Lils 🥰
Thanks for your videos Liz…really appreciate your efforts. Must say kudos to you for running in the cold and rain, don’t think I could manage it! I’m a Brit that moved to Australia over 10 years ago and then took up running a few years ago. I think I just take it for granted how easy it is to run but then I see your videos and think wow!
Cheers! Very jealous of the move to Australia, must be such a treat 😍
This is helpful to see what your times are for the splits. It makes me want to get out there for a track workout.
You absolutely can do it!! 💪🏼
Best wishes for your upcoming 5k race Liz and looked like a good workout considering you were recovering from the High Rocks event and the less than optimal conditions. I fancied testing out my fitness at a parkrun a few weeks ago after a period of injury but couldn't face it as raining quite heavily. I did though get to my running clubs track later on that morning when the rain had eased somewhat with the original intention of doing an interval session but ended up doing a 5K time trial as wanted to keep moving at a decent pace due to the cold wet weather. I wasn't quick but happy enough with a time around 22:30 which I'm sure I could improve on in an official race with some competition. How does the winter weather in the UK compare to where your from in the US?
Thank you! This sounds like a great session nonetheless, but yes I agree! Dedicating a block to train is a great way to improve!
I grew up mostly in Southern California but was in Seattle for my undergraduate, so I think that set me up pretty well! 😆
I just bought the Pro 4 as my first ever carbon racer shoe. Training for my first marathon in July. Love the Pro 4s as they are so comfortable! They were just so much more comfortable than the asics metaspeed sky Paris that I also tried.
Yeah I definitely think the pro 4’s have an element of cushion / comfort that most carbon shoes don’t typically offer! 🙌🏼
Great running 💪💪 is the problem with mixing brands an american thing? Ive never even heard that mentioned before
Thank you! And no, I just feel funny mixing two major brands 😆
Out of curiosity, do your British friends talk/run in miles or km's?
A mix actually! Most use kilometres but some do use miles 😄
great videos ! what do you use to film ?
Thanks! I use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 & my iPhone 15 Pro Max!
Just stumbled to your channel but, Nike is pronounced at Ni Key. I’ll give you the Audiduas (Addidas).
In the U.K. and Europe it’s actually pronounced Nike as I have! The U.S. pronounces it Ni-key!
How are you finding running with those Adidas 4
They’re amazing!! Truly love them so much 🤩
@ the other week I did pop into the adidas store Westfield and did try them on they are so light on your feet but I have seen on instagram there are so many different colours but I do like the yellow ones if you have seen them.
@ there is also the top range New balance ones the one for long runs so I got to decide which one I want to buy out of these two
