@@spacehonky6315cannabis helps a lot with joint pain, something that linemen are constantly dealing with. And it doesn't destroy your liver like pretty much anything a doctor prescribes for joint pain.
The real joke is trying to regulate what people put in their own bodies, especially when it's a naturally occurring plant. I will say they need to keep their asses home if they're under the influence.

My son worked for the team for 3+ years, and when I asked him about a defensive player being arrested, he shrugged and said, "For those guys, it's practically a rite of passage." My problem with any of the players on the Chiefs or any team getting themselves into trouble offseason or during the season is that it fails to show commitment to the TEAM. Anything they do that jeopardizes their health (Rice), availability to play OR prepare (practice) is unacceptable. These are all supposed to be grown men who have the ability to be and act responsibly. Is there really a COMMITMENT to the Chiefs run for a 3rd straight SB Title or are most of them just mouthing the words? I'm very disappointed.
They deserve down time,but they have more to lose so should learn the laws. And Rashee has the means to find a race track if he wants to speed,rather than do it on a highway. I dont believe he was racing though. I see alot of these young kids in suped up cars speeding down the highway one after the other in groups. Completely dangerous for drivers not playing close attention

I think a lot of the Chiefs players are encouraged to move to Johnson county for so many reasons however like you said its good in Missouri. Maybe move to Leawood or mission hills maybe near the plaza, weed smoking regardless their income or status are at risk of arrest in Kansas. GO CHIEFS!

I'm a big Chiefs fan. The organization needs to really warn all players young and older at the start of every training camp the consequences of breaking laws and team rules.
They probably didn't realize the difference in state laws. Medicinal Marijuana is legal in Oklahoma. So, you have to be doing something else, other than just smoking weed, wrong for the police to confront you. I don't know what the law is where Jason G. is from, but I bet it isn't as heavily policed as Kansas. If they had stayed in Missouri, they would not be in trouble at all. We should have a unified national standard. The war on pot is stupid and expensive.
Kids being kids and these are kids with stupid money and no one to mentor them on how life is when you are in the public eye.

Laws are not that difficult to obey, the vast majority of people obey them. Consequences do exist. One of these consequences is that you can damage your relationship with and respect from fans, followers, and constituents. Sadly, I feel the respect has been damaged not only for the responsible players, but impacts my feelings about the entire team.
