Hey Tim! Love it! I like how you never miss a thing. You pull out the drawers and open every door. That's why I watch this channel over others because you're nosy like the rest of us. Show me everything! I'm going to keep up with Raleigh, I like their work. 👍
Amanda I absolutely love your enthusiasm. You’re like a child in a candy store. Truthfully, I would be too. Thank you so much for taking all of us that watch y’all along with you. Fantastic
Timothy?? This custom home is very well made!! All the rooms are very versatile!! Stylish, Artistic, and Spacious!! What more can you ask for!! That Kitchen and The Pantry is amazing!! The Upstairs is fantastic!! And The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are so open and cool!! Thank You for sharing this breathtaking house with us!!
7:08 Hmm, on the plan this area was a mud room. Where did they put the garage door? Ah, around the corner! I would just put a landing at the top of the garage stairs, I don’t like stepping through a door way on to stairs, I find it scary when you’re not coordinated. 😉
Hey Tim. Loved the house, but can you possibly start showing the outside of the home. Like, from ground level, show the backyard and the back of the house.
The scullery is different from a butler's pantry. The plan says scullery and mud room. A butler's pantry is where last minute touches are made before serving dinner. It stores things ljke linens, serving trays, plates and glassware. Think staging the secondary mudroom as a butler's pantry/coffee bar makes more sense. A scullery is for heavy duty pot scrubbing, and where major messy prep work for cooking is done. Its ideal as a staging area for caterers. It's separation from the kitchen serves as a noise buffer. The laundry bits are totally wrong for a scullery...
I need to win the multi million dollar lottery or buy tons of stock in a private company before it goes public. In the meantime, I’ll just dream! That pantry is EVERYTHING!
If you put 20% down, your household income needs to be about $700k a year to afford this house, right? O.5% of American households make that much money. Kind of makes you wonder why they are building so many $1,000,000+ homes. Like, I wonder how many of us in the comment section can afford a home like this……
Hated the location of the first floor laundry room. Who wants to haul their sheets, towels, and clothes through the kitchen into the pantry to do your laundry or have your guest do the same. Hands down the worst ideal ever, and if you have an older cat like I do and isn't able to get up the stairs, you can't put the litter box in your laundry room because it is in your pantry!!! Epic fail.
It looks like the plan could be adapted for a second floor delete. Then put it on a hill and have a Walk-out Basement. Have enough room for more bedrooms down there then if needed.
Dang more than 2 milly?! Should have a walk-out basement for that price! With the privacy glass, should be able to see out but not in for safety reason. Also not fan of having owners suite on the 1st floor, it’s just me. Otherwise nice house.
That first bedroom shown is maid's or butler's quarters. That's why it's located behind utility rooms away from the heart & familial part of the house. It's nice & can be used however, but that's what it is
I don't understand U.S. bathroom design. You have to pay 2.5 mill for a brand new home, and the bathrooms don't have removable showerheads. How in the world are people supposed to rinse the tiles or clean them? Are removable showerheads so uncommon over there?

Wow! That home was incredible!! It really felt like it kept going forever!!
Love it, it looks like I could get lost in there lol.❤ God bless you and your family
If you can't afford this (like me), you have a few options still. Learn contentment, or learn to build thinfs yourself. Better yet, do both!
Absolutely perfect house.
What is the name of the paint color of the upper kitchen cabinets ❤
My favorite bathroom EVER!
A gorgeous home!!
You had me at Pantry then the stack laundry pair was not a nice surprise
Just lovely!!!🥰😍
Huge house. I could only dream about it! 😊
Dreams do come true.
Love this home. Was there a basement? Thanks for the tour. Love the larger homes.
WOW! What a phenomenal home. Love it.
I absolutely really love this place. You could turn a couple of rooms upstairs as bedrooms if you want.
Gorgeous! I just don't like how close this house is to the other homes...but beautiful ...
Perfect kitchen👍👍👍

Love everything except the stair rail and some of the light fixtures. LOVE LOVE LOVE the master bathroom!
Really like that built in China cabinet in the kitchen.
Gorgeous home.
Tfs
Wow, I’m not even mad about the lack of basement. Beautifully executed home, worth the price tag.

I agree I’ve been saying that for like a year now
Yep, Lottrty winners may have an option OR more than one family can move in, you think?
In the kitchen the upper cabinet seam didn't match the refrigerator freezer 🤷🏾♂️
7:15 lol a pantry with huge windows… guess they didn’t get the memo of how you’re supposed to store food in cool and *dark*

This home has a funky weird layout. I'd want a better build for that type of cashout💯.
Definitely need a smaller version of this same plan 😅

one critique, don't say you've seen the property if in your videos you are always surprised at things in the property
I’m sending this to my dad so he can look at it
Please have him buy me one 😉

Lmao this house needs one of those You Are Here mall maps! 😂

Almost 2.6 million dollar home with beanbags for a reading nook… niiiiice.
Pantry of my dreams........sigh.......
What was going on with the front door, windows auto frosted. I’ll keep watching, maybe you go over that.

No. I don’t want my laundry room in the pantry.
Most useless pantry unless you have a live-in butler but a nice house other than that
Ya know what I mean?
it's not soft close but can easily be upgraded. Ya know what I mean?
