Another way to change color is to select and then use Image, Adjustments, Replace or Match Color. You can then match a color from another image, for example i took one of the chef outfits and used the red color on one of the waitress outfits as the outfits don't have all the same colors and i wanted them to match

This is a later comment BUT FOR ANYONE USING GIMPS!!!! everything is basically the same except the save. Make sure when you are done merging your layers together into one photo you EXPORT AS and not save so you can export and save your photo as a .png and not as a GIMP. This is the biggest problem I had with GIMP.

Noo! After struggling for like half an hour to figure it out, I opened my game and its bright pink/purple/blue/green without any kind of picture. Im not sure where I went wrong!
I see I'm not alone. I'm using GIMP on Mac and my pics look blurry af and I have no clue how to fix it. EDIT: I figured it out thanks to a previous commenter. I had to size up the frame w/ waifu2x. That seemed to work beautifully, though I have yet to see the object in the game. Will update again, if it didn't work.
I've been wanting to learn for ts3 since that's the one I play most but I never wanted to attempt this. So my stupid self uses cheats to add a random sim with level 10 photography to the family and get them to do a photo shoot.
Ok two questions: 1) how did you get the screenshot of the two 2) can you put out a must-have build mode mods if you haven't already because I saw some bedframes i NEED in my game
Kinda wish the game allowed the pictures as stand up frames like they did with sims 3 without making them as cc.
