Really appreciate the ingredients narrative. Perfect for replicating at home. 👌 cookalong. You could tell by looks alone the Thai Pad - fried rice was a perfect 10. Hope you're both well.
My go to definitely is the seafood Tom Yum, of course the other 3 dishes are good too. Could eat there every day lol...😋. I'd save a ton of money on food. Great dessert too
The 1st restaurant is a legend in this area. I used to study at a nearby vocational college and came here to eat almost every day. (Almost 10 years ago) But you're lucky to come here once in your life because this restaurant won't continue if this woman stops. Because none of her children and grandchildren will continue to expand this restaurant business.
Thats sad about the children. I worked in Thailand for years and when I got out of the oil field I visited a friend that lived north of Koen Khan. Nicest people I ever met lived in those little villages.
Klook= mix (in this case) or get involved, associate, roll over 1.33 it is not garlic, it's pork crackling (oil pork belly separated by frying, this is old school style to make oil to use for home cooking before Thai ppl know vegetable oil) not cab moo made from pork skin this is reasonable price for this tomyum in Bangkok
Loved this, that first place...every dish looked like an absolute dream 😍🤤🤤🤤

My favourite Thai food is seafood Tom Yum. I'll be looking this place up when we are next back in town.
