    I followed it step by step, it was perfect thanks for the video, my g310 gs on the track at a speed of 100 km is at 90 degrees and going up a mountain range it reaches 99 degrees, is that right? but your video was excellent explained perfectly thank you

    I really appreciate the 310 videos, thanks. I'd be interested to know what normal running temperatures you are getting with the 310. Mine runs at about 104 fahrenheit which seems low to me (in UK), I would expect about 190 . Dealer had no idea of what the usual should be at running in check but said he got the fan to come on in the workshop (it hasn't when I have tried).

    Your videos are extremely clear and helpful, thank you. I did have a quesiton about a GS310. It sounds like a vacuum pulling air into my gas tank when I open the gas cap after a ride. Is that normal or does it suggest a vent problem? If so, is that something I can address? thank you

    Hey Matt! So the company TVS is making a motorcycle named RR310 which is basically G310r with a bit modified frame and fairing and exactly the same engine and in their recent model they introduced Slipper clutch in it and they will even install it for older models without slipper clutch. So i was wondering whether we could install it in our G310R as both have the same engine ( even power delivery is same). I think tge Slipper clutch package comes at approx 55 USD. PS your videos are the best!!!

    Hi Matt, I developed a coolant leak on my 019 model from the pump coming from the seal I've been informed. My dealer here in the UK has told me that they have not only replaced the seal but have also replaced the RH engine (clutch) cover which they claim was cracked with a different modified type. Have you heard anything along the lines of this cover being superceded by an 'improved' later version ?.

      I think you could also use a 6mm copper washer but I’m not positive I used the bmw washer. Hope this is helpful

    Why when it comes to the 'side panel' do BMW NOT use 4 identical bolts, why make something more complex than necessary?, the Japanese have always had a policy of 'commonising' fasteners where possible, it works and it's cheap.

    • @MattsMotoWoRX
      @MattsMotoWoRX  2 роки тому

      Because where’s the fun in that lol 😂. BMW has always had different length and size bolts securing panels. It definitely can be frustrating.

    • @rgadave
      @rgadave 2 роки тому +1

      @@MattsMotoWoRX Thanks for responding Matt. It still sounds a daft policy of Beemers to me. The British stuff with it's 26tpi plus various head to shaft sizes was even worse. Great videos keep it up.
