Corporate Sustainability Law in Global Value Chains by Beate Sjåfjell

In a working paper posted on SSRN, Professor Sjåfjell has conceptualised Corporate Sustainability Law as an interdisciplinary, sustainability-oriented field of law.
The aim is to facilitate interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary regulatory analyses, to explore changes in the identification and boundaries of actors and their rights and duties; continued gaps, incoherencies, and barriers; and ways forward towards the necessary fundamental transformation of business.
