I love how hermes recreates a common complication with a more artistic and whimsical feel that no one else has thought of doing. One of the most creative brands out there.
Finally I have bought one of the 41 mm Titanium / Platin watches and I have to say that I really love it. The quality is superb and the mechanism of travelling through time zones works so smart and easily. Greetings from Vienna and thank you very much for this great review
Hermès gives us a practical everyday watch with a useful complication. I see this as an alternative to Greubel Forsey when that brand is out of reach. More than anything, I'm impressed by it's respect for classical proportions - à la Bovet. Alex takes us another magical watch journey, hope to learn more about the people and the creative process behind this awesome timepiece! Danke!
Vielen Dank Alexander für das tolle Video der Hermes. Es ist verblüffend, was alles noch erdacht wird um eine 2. Zeitzone anzuzeigen. Ich bin ein Fan von Uhren mit GMT-Anzeige bzw. Worldtimer.
Great hands on video! Hermes might be out of my wheelhouse, however this piece is quite intriguing! I don't travel enough to justify ever getting this but happy to see Hermes bringing some new interesting things to the watch community. Definitely helps solidify their position.
The smaller steel version with the blue dial is gorgeous! And it’s 38mm size is my sweet spot too. Such a novel and interesting take on the Worldtimer concept as well. Impressive and fun! My only caveat…the crown on the larger watch looks too small for it.
I really appreciate your effort to cover this event for us . You did great wish to you and your channel more prosperity . Would you please pay more attention for ladies’s watch and cover Piaget & cartier booth . Merci in advance
Just a brilliant world timer. Incredibly ingenious complication and also divided into hemi spheres. Congratulations to the engeeniers. THIS IS IT! __ Hey, it's snowing in my place in Lodz Poland. 😄 Regards Aleksander. Dominik
Alexander hi, is there an am/pm indicator on the travel time display? As somebody who regularly uses GMTs, this is a practical question. I hope on the hometime dial it's a 24 hr scale as opposed to 1-12 but on the travel time/local time scale there is only 1-12. Do you know what I mean?
Beautiful watch and nice review. What is the wrist size of the wearer displaying the watch at 9:38? Would love some perspective on size vs wrist. Thanks!
Hi Alexander, since you were careful to look into the Greek word for summer, in Rio de Janeiro and Azores time zones (respectively Brazil and Portugal) the correct word in Portuguese (Brazilian and European branches) is verão, not verano, which is Spanish. But I understand the ão sound is difficult to pronounce for non-native speakers

Innovations like this what makes mechanical watches remain relevant , well done Hermes ✌️

This is a gorgeous piece. Probably the best from this year
I agree!
That is such an incredible and elegant complication... I never thought they would out do the acreau lune but with this I think they have
🙌🙌
Beautiful watch ! Unique presentation of a classic complication. Thank You Alexander

Waited for this one! Hermes releases are on of the releases I’m always most looking forward to.
This is great news. Beautiful dial.💎👋🏼

Your reviews are always the best. Well done.
Of the "fashion brands" - Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Hermes makes the best watches of that bunch for sure.
Brilliant coverage, was waiting for someone to do Hermès, I knew you would cover them👍
Love your comment! Thanks for sharing!
probably my highlight from Watches & Wonders this year

Really nice and interesting design and concept, a really good work
Daylight savings countries delight. Perfect demonstration this time when many countries are changing over all over the world.

🤩👍👍👍
Genius
Impressive watch and very desirable. Prefer it in blue though❤️🙏
Blue is better but wish the sizes were flipped

The home-time indication is a 24 hour scale... I do show that in the video...
@@WatchAdvisorbut no am/pm on the local time as i can tell. still a good looking watch but I'd be hard pressedyto spend 25-35k for a hermes piece
I came here to find out the price and wow for that price they are out to lunch. I guess they know their customers and I’m certainly not one of them

17 cm / 6,7 in … Let me know if you have other questions…
Was there an extra adjustment hole? My wrist is 16cm / 6-1/4”… hoping the 41mm will fit. Thank you!!
👍

The US got rid of daylight savings, beginning next year. So that little S next to the american cities will be a relic of the past
The watch was still a prototype…
tudor steve mcqueen is the only watch to buy this year
The rolex explorer wannabe? Nah a watch with an original design is always better than a copycat imo.
