JASPER SKY TRAM

We took the Jasper Skytram first thing Sunday morning and then hiked to the summit of Whistler's Mountain. It was an incredible experience. The morning was starting out cloudy so we were uncertain how the views would be. As you can see, we rose above the clouds and then everything cleared out. It was 360 degree views of the town of Jasper and surrounding mountain ranges. On the way up, we saw a grizzly and her 2 cubs playing in the snow. Towards the top, the trail turned to solid ice and a steep climb to the summit. The trail marker was barely peaking through the snow meaning it was about 4 ft deep in snow and ice. I highly recommend this excursion! There is also a cafe at the top you can enjoy a meal at with great views as well. Take your trekking poles for this one.

@@PFAM5 we were there June 7-16. Many times the views were so spectacular it actually looked fake. I hope you are doing well!
