Great interview as always. Reading comments and can only wonder why some dudes are so angry. She's a world class driver; you can't fake what she did. She doesn't need our approval either way.

It’s the internet which is what it is unfortunately. Nonetheless the most exposure she had was during her time in nascar and it didn’t go well. A lot of that was her fault. She wasn’t a nice person. She wasn’t humble in the slightest and had a pretty horrible attitude the entire time she was there. I’d like to add because of what I mentioned above about the internet being what it is that this goes beyond rumors or hearsay, she was awful and there’s plenty of video and statements about it from people who worked for or around her at the time including the guy who owned her race car. And world class? She hasn’t been world class since she was in a Kart. I’d just like to clarify I’m NOT the typical “Raise hell praise Dale” knuckle dragger NASCAR fan. I hope a female driver does come along and set the nascar world on fire someday but it was never gonna be Danica and her lack of very necessary talent behind the wheel is just as big of a factor in that as who she is as a person.

Another great guest. I’m fan of car racing and F1. It was amazing to hear some of the insights of a racer’s mindset and their everyday driving habits, amongst many-many other things.

Awesome podcast as usual Jocko. I would love to see you interview a US Coast Guard vet. I don’t think you’ve had a single USCG vet on the podcast. I appreciate what they do for the homeland. Thank you!

I’m an amateur kickboxer. Always getting ready for another fight. When they talk about not thinking but just doing, even when the task is scary. I like that. That’s similar to fighting. You can’t think too much about your emotions and the crowd and the opponent. You just go to the cage and do what you know how to do.

I respected her for a very long time, but lost all respect since she's now promoting a cut rate 3rd auto warranty company.... sadly, these 3rd party auto warranty companies have made owners peace of mind and auto repair shops initiated with " not covered " or piling on technicians of unpaid man hours....
You can do better Danica !

If you want another perspective on Ibogaine and 5-MeO-DMT-read my new book coming out in Feb, 2024 "Traveler Between Worlds" by Jo Patti Munisteri. I was a VETS grantee in Mexico and many years before then a Sundancer for over a decade and a survivor of trauma - including in conflict zones. There are many different ways to "heal" and keep growing with and without "medicines". An engaging conversation between you two. Enjoyed the contrasts. Happy New Year to y'all!
