I love Mahindra and own their tractors. I love what they have done with the pikup and you lot are lucky to have it in SA and Aus. Dawn has all the off road upgrades, but it sucks to see that it doesn't have a snorkel 😢 Love from Bharat 🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳🇮🇳
I do like the Mahindras l know of a couple of Mahindras in Australia that have done over 500000 kilometres that means they are very reliable and reliability is the most important thing in any vehicle there are some vehicles available today that will not do that but the Mahindras will do it no problem Lydia build some very good vehicles
Great review. I have a few farmer mates who have standardised on Mahindra bakkies and are fans of the relatively low cost of purchase and maintenance.. Strongly suspect that Mahindra is going to make some bigger waves in future as they continue to refine their offerings..
Thank you for your patience 😅 let me sommer tell you what’s coming up next : in no particular order , we’ve got the Land Rover Defender Special , The Renault Kwid and The Ford Ranger Raptor…
The problem is that India has no pick up culture,. We have very cheap basic platforms from likes of Tata which meets the need of the pure commercial market. The market for a lifestyle base goes for full cab SUV. It is called Bolero here. Isuzu is here with the Dmax series. But that is a bigger segment and more pricier. But the acceptance is on the rise.
You should have thrown it in a proper axel twisting offload course , with those off-road tyres and raised suspension it would've been interesting to see how it handles the beaten track in the bush and river crossings. But good review 👌🏾
Brilliant I loved the video it indicated important aspects, and Mahindra is the future indeed , pls do continue on your great views I stay tuned from more videos cheers mate 😀
Sounds like a landcruiser on an urban road. The wind noise is a lot. I love the front arm rests. The car looks very intimidating, they get a 10 for the exterior.
I bought a Mahindra Dusk. Yes it is a good vehicle. But already had to chance 2 x booster sensors, turbo was lose so they put in a new gasget for turbo. Now it still go into Limb Mode. We will see what the problem is now. The gearbox is having a problem when driving in automatic, it does not gear back to 4th gear on uphills you must go to manual in order to do that. Other than that a perfect body and perfect interior. Will i buy 1 again, i am not sure.
Great bakkie, nicely powered. I enjoy it when I’m driving uphill. No need to change down gears, it’s very responsive. Problem is the gearbox. If you are using it to tow trailers/caravans or just constant loading you can kiss it goodbye. 2nd hand gearboxes are about 30k and no warranty on them either.
These Mahindras are named after an Emperor in a TV show called Foundation 😀. There are 3 Brotheral Generations of the same man called Cleon: Dawn (age 0-30 yrs) Day/Storm (age 30-60 yrs) Dusk (age 60 yrs and above).
Ooh Mr Dringo Nkowa Nkowa is very good when it's comes to potholes, I stay at Nkowa Nkowa . What about the road from Hluvukani village to Acornhoek plaza Mpumalanga lot's of potholes thousands of potho😢
I hope this will get the a test 2.2 Mohawk seen in the Scorpio N SUV - will be much more appealing that in already is and convince more of us to ditch sedans / suvs for double cabs
Is the infotainment system worse than a 5 year old Hilux? At least it has Apple Carplay. Very good review. Good looking off raod vehicle, and if its fit for India it is fit for SA.
With such bakkies, i think the interior doesn't have to be over the top because of what they're made for. I think they must change infotainment. It looks after market.
Dont ever underestimate mahindra they have served in terrain like kashmir and himalyan borders without break downs ask people from india ,nepal and bangladesh and srilanka they know its power i have mahindra stilll after 23 years goes like horse
@@nandanbkgowda4504man mahindra bolero had accident where it destroy whole ass house ! And that bolero was not even damaged much ! And that car guy traveled almost 13 -16 years ! Over 700 km + he derived almost not much maintainance issue
The pricing in 2023 is steep, definitely not worth buying these 3 models, My S11 Auto Karoo the first years Fuel consumption was an average of 13 kms/liter which now 2 years later its 10kms/l and below. But overall its a great bakkie lots of space
Absolutely Vasu. I guess some people are so damn uptight that if you stuck a lump of coal up their you know what then you would have a diamond there within a week. Eish man.
South Africa loves this pick up,mostly used by the farming community and thousands of people who loves the south african outdoors lifestyle.
Mahindra never launched this in India, infact i never knew this existed before your video. Thanks for showing this.
It's here.. Search Mahindra Getaway
Because this is similar to Scorpio
Nope it's because there is little to no market for consumer pick up trucks.
They sold it as the scorpio getaway. Nobody bought it.
Chup , launch kiya tha bhut साल पहले पर nai bik paya to band kr diya
I'm reluctantly falling inlove with this Mahindra truck, it looks great but I'm a bit skeptical about the pricing though. Great review @MrHowMuch

What u do with the tractors?
The tyres are actually mud-terrain tyres, what a cool truck!
Why Mahindra does not bring this model to Australia is beyond me!
Market share is too small in Oz I’d imagine
This is the first time I am seeing this model. Looks better than Australian one too
Got to admit, looks good
😂😂😂😂🤣
@tesac_182 thats mainly it what they drive check it

@@mrhowmuch that's very nice. We appreciate
That road full of potholes was giving Zimbabwe😂😂 anyways shoutout from 🇿🇼!
The ANC is sponsored by Zimbabwe, so...
😂😂
😂😂😂
In fact, this whole road is a pothole 😆

I loved the way you showed your price in USD. ❤❤❤
This thing looks like it’d be a lot of fun for a little bit of coin. Keen to see more from Mahindra.
Sounds like a landcruiser on an urban road. The wind noise is a lot. I love the front arm rests. The car looks very intimidating, they get a 10 for the exterior.
I noticed that the tyres are MT and not AT, that will explain the noise factor on the highway.
That “One is big one is small eish mahindra….” on the cup holders killed me 😂😂😂
The stitching on that armrest.
Been driving in a hawk 2,2 for a while now. Really impressed.

You are a paid bot😂. I found 😊
Superb review, covering all those little implications of living with one.

Nicely done Mrhowmuch, will watch more videos for sure.

Australia is off Mahindra's list. Too many dealers got used to ripping off Aussies for 3 times the price!
We need this in the UK . Why haven’t we , looks great . What engines do they use
2.2 ltr turbo diesel
2.2ltr mhawk turbo diesel
Excellent review. You should do the ford ranger fx4 especially off roading.
Awesome review, very clever delivery. Entertaining to watch. Thanks.
We need it in India 🇮🇳mahindra
If this model was in India dmmm... Every road will be full of this
"you don't have to worry about getting any speeding tickets on the highway because it's not that quick" 😂 mean!
Engine is trustworthy
I think it's a nice and reliable off-road bakkie.
Very rugged model. For long trip, this is best.
Which is top model of getaway dusk storm or dawn

Mate help me the bull bar shipped to my country. I like this
Great review , I like the way do the testing and your style
How many model of getaway and which is top model
About the infotainment system. It's an aftermarket one. It does have android auto, and only it, no apple car play.
Well done on the night driving segment!
Ooh Mr Dringo Nkowa Nkowa is very good when it's comes to potholes, I stay at Nkowa Nkowa . What about the road from Hluvukani village to Acornhoek plaza Mpumalanga lot's of potholes thousands of potho😢
Do the newer ones still rust to pieces in no time at all?
Why is this model not available in india?🤯
hey bro, this same edition is available in australia?
I love the energy you bring to your videos!
Thank you 🙂
I hope this will get the a test 2.2 Mohawk seen in the Scorpio N SUV - will be much more appealing that in already is and convince more of us to ditch sedans / suvs for double cabs
Finally yoh 2 weeks wonke without a review
Lol Mahindra never showed this beast in India 😑
.... They did and it was known as Gateway but it was flopped. Pickup truck market in India is aren't big.
Because Government of India don't want.

The good news is I have a couple of reviews lined up to make up for not posting the last two weeks.
Good Honest Review.
I love it! I guess they gave up trying to import to the US. Big bummer - I'd buy it today.
Why is this version unavailable in India? 😢
This will NVR b available in India

Bro you've made thus car my favorite
"Support local UA-cam"😂. I'm watching from Namibia 🇳🇦. I like the content
You're right next door
mahindra should launch in India...instant success
I guess I have to leave the USA so I drive these cool vehicles
It looks really nice - it's goigng to be a bit of a loss if/when they go to the new styling for same-same as the other utes.
Kitne hindustani is video ko dekh rhe hai. Kon kon chahta hai yeh model india me b launch ho with modifications ❤❤❤
Well done Mr How much 🎉
Had a bad experience with my storm, the engine light came out while driving it on the freeway

Why is Nkowankowa catching smoke? 😦😂
Can you please state service cost of bakkies
We got 5 pik ups and not cheap to service
About 5k minor service
Amazing reviews always, but you just don't want to get rid of this Teletubbies background sound lol.
Ineed one in rwanda how much

This should come to Canada ..
Drone Pilot???
Job well done. While it is a practical bakkie that looks well-built , I'm not so sure anymore. Lol
Just get the P series for the price or good used Isuzu a for the bucks.

Mahindra please bring this to india
16K?How much do people earn? Or am I the only one who is underpaid?
