Yep this is when indie music was big in the UK … American post punk bands were more popular here than in the States. Still think they play 2-3 thousand capacity venues here
this is peak performance
thanks for uploading this...always kept my eye out for some decent live footage...i wish they'd never lost their original drummer...he was...perfect!!
i know right? Micheal definitely always kept the pace up and was just powerful.
Truly. This guy has/had such a unique style. I STILL try to riddle out the parts he was playing
If you were here please tell me how good this was? I’ve seen them 7 times now about to see them again in march and wish I could go to this gig so much
They have definitely come a long way in terms of their live performance.

Damn they used to be pretty big. Saw them in a 200 capacity not long ago
They’re pretty popular in Europe still. They’re music is still pretty solid for a band that has been doing it as long as they have.

@@forumknight I've seen them a couple of times in the UK now, Cardiff and Manchester and the venues were tiny. Nice that they still tour here though
they should just do this set when they come to the Boston
I met a random girl from Portsmouth and we made out at this gig , anyone remember who the support act was ?
No micheal tapper, no WAS. Wish u will be together again 😭
