  • Make Milky White Seolleongtang - Korean Beef Bone Soup at home! I share how to make it, how to serve it and how to eat it!! You just need some time and patience to make my perfectly milky hearty broth - just as yummy (but better quality!) as the ones you get at restaurants!
    Ingredients for 10 servings
    4-5 lb Beef Leg Bones (marrow, knuckle, femur)
    5.5 gallons water
    -- Garnish
    1-2 green onions (per serving)
    -- Seasoning
    Korean Sea Salt, Black Pepper
    Ingredients for Beef Brisket Topping
    1 to 2 lb beef brisket
    10 cups water
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 green onion
    1 piece Korean radish (tangerine size)

    Hello.. how do Koreans make hard boiled eggs? Without extra ingredients? Do they just boil them like everyone else? Do they make them in advance? Do they do it each meal? Do you drop them in soups cold or warmed up? I see people eating like 4 full eggs each and I was curious how, what, why?? Lol
