Primus was huge in the 90s. They are very different and why they were loved so much. Les claypool the singer and bassist is sort of leading in this band which wasnt common and honestly still isnt really. They are very talented and fun at the same time. Best 16th birthday present I ever had was seeing Primus... Broken nose but absolutely worth it!!! American Life is my personal favorite.
i listen to music as far back as the 1600's and primus is my favorite trio ever. bangin and a full sound. les (bass) and larry (guitar) carve the tunes up so perfectly
Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains. I wish i could have seen them live just once. The keys player in that band was Bernie Worrell. He was also quite brilliant. He was the keys player for parliament.

They have 100's of million views out there. They were popular during the grunge era of rock. The popular chant at their shows is "Primus Sucks" but these guys are actually great musicians.

Primus has too many effects or really leans into the psychedelic aspect of their music anymore for the live shows to have this explosive, chaotic sound that really made them so entertaining
I hate to say this but this is not Primus’ best video you need to react to one off the Album “antipop” try the title song. Even if you can’t find a video just don’t do a live you will lose a lot of the music
