AMY MULLIS didn't......her husband premeditated and killed her so he wouldn't have to give her half of the land, money, trust fund, children....... he won for a while but then the truth came out and proved he killed his wife and put his son in the middle of it......bad dad, but he had to have a 3rd party there to say he was around pigbarn.....I work on a farm and I don't know if my husband left and went to get a hoe or a shovel or a tool and came right back, I'll leave and he doesn't realize that I left, that's the way it is on a farm....everyone is working......

The so-called facts in this case have never set well with me. He was a very hard worker and he was in the middle of his workday getting ready to go in and have lunch and had plans to work that afternoon why would he decide to fit A murder into the middle of this and then stop and report it. It's a very sad case, especially for the son. This man had a reputation of having a fierce temper and a very controlling personality. His wife cheated on him twice, when she knew it could cost her her life. She told her girlfriend and her lover that he would kill her before allowing a divorce. I could not care less what the 911 tape sounds like. He did this. He was NOT a loving husband. He was a jailer who became enraged when his prisoner tried to escape. He killed her and made his son try to give him an alibi. If he hadn't stabbed her twice she might not have died, but if she had died after one stroke, he might have gotten away with it. You could fall on a cornrake once, but not twice, at the depth that those tines went. Absolutely not possible. She was murdered. He had means, motive and opportunity. He is right where he belongs and justice is served.

His timeline is in shambles and he has no alibi: her son said he was not always with him. He claims to be so calm throughout his wife’s affairs but what did he intend when he called the wife of the man his wife was having an affair with? And even if we cannot hear clearly what he is whispering, WHY IS HE WHISPERING ANYTHING which he conveniently can’t recall? Wouldn’t he be saying something like “please come back” or “please don’t go” or “why us?” You know, something which indicates he is UPSET! 😀 There was so much evidence it was ridiculous. Point rpoven. google searches dont prove anything. Everyone google searches them for a reason. Cause theyre meant to be private. We all have some bad things in our search history. His son said he was with him the whole time then retracted to maybe I was away for A MINUTE. A MINUTE. Even assuming the second story, Todd didnt have enough time to do everything. Your 4th point is more or less irrelevant. 5th point: Chest compressions. You whisper during the counting phase when attempting chest compressions and him not remembering what he said is normal. The brain can shut off and block out any traumatic events. It happens. Thats why you have people who genuinely do not remember murdering or shooting anyone such as the case with that teenage boy who shot his parents. So he mightve not even been doing chest compression. His brain just blocked that part out. There was evidence. But EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF EVIDENCE was circumstanstial, weak or explained.

Todd and his son were concerned with getting her to the hospital and didn't check. There was ample time between them leaving for the hospital and the police arriving at the farm for someone to leave without being noticed. I don't recall there being mention of this specific area being thoroughly searched. Most folks who have been called to jury try their best. Of course, there are examples when this goes wrong or they are flat out wrong. God will judge, but maybe not the way you are thinking. He knows whether there was any malice in their heart. If they make a decision on what was presented to them, what do you want them to do?? I don’t see that he’s guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. I don’t know if he did it or not but regardless, I don’t think the state proved their case beyond a reasonable doubt, so I don’t think he should’ve been found guilty.
I don’t think a person should be found guilty unless there’s proof. Too many innocent people are sent to prison and either die there or get out decades later. For the past two decades it’s been all over the news of people getting out of prison due to wrongful convictions, usually thanks to 🧬. That’s not possible in this case, so if he is innocent....then this is a huge miscarriage of justice.
I think it’s worse to put someone in prison for the rest of their life IF there is any possibility they are innocent, than for someone who’s guilty to get away with it. Of course it’s terrible for a guilty person to be let off and then murder someone else, but I do think it’s worse to convict an innocent person than it is to not convict a guilty person.
Plus, I think he acts like an innocent person. He could just be a good actor, but anyway those are my thoughts. Feel free to disagree.
