I agree, but this honestly has NOTHING to do with Gabbie. I’m sure they both have their own relationship with Gabbie.. this was strictly about them and about motherhood changing them.

I really really needed this. I left LA and moved out to San Jose 6 months ago and my closest friends are all in LA and I have felt like I have shut down completely due to my depression and homesickness. I miss them so much. They have not left my side since my teenage years and when I moved out here they were all super supportive. I just been feeling exhausted from my new relationship, new roles and responsibilities and being a first gen professional that I lost track of myself and my friends. This podcast made me realize I need to be a better friend and reach out to them more because they always check in and I’m always so cold and not really saying how I’m doing. Thank you ladies for being vulnerable and always staying true to yourself 🥺🤎
This is so true. I lost my bestfriend after we individually got married, then I got pregnant and had my daughter. We call each other once in a while but is not the same. I cry and miss her. 😔
That’s just how it is. You have your own family and so does she. I bet she cares for you still though
I’m not a mother yet , but believe me when I say I love motherhood content , talks other than anything … the way it works everything is just amazing!
I felt this podcast so much. I’ve had a girlfriend for years literally over a decade and their were months where we would fall apart. But we would always find our way back to each other and it sucks because their wasn’t no problems it’s just time situations work family that kinda pushes it apart. But I’m so happy you guys talked it out. You live and you learn!❤
I absolutely loved this podcast. Love seeing you and Lulu together. Lulu is one of the realest people and I love how now she is not scared to speak her mind.

I feel this so much!! Right now I’m in my own little world with my baby and now that my friend is currently pregnant I forget to ask how she’s doin like she did for me😔
It’s like when people say that after pregnancy people that don’t have kids drift apart from the one that had kids or it’s lonely, it’s our fault too because we get so busy with our families!
Loved this episode, so relatable. FACTS when Lulu said that we don't even know ourselves when we become mothers, much less all of our friends, family etc. ❤

This episode was so nice to see & hear. It’s so hard to keep friendships after you have a baby especially if your friend don’t have kids
I love that you guys talked about this situation and grew from it, I had a friend but I cut her off completely because she wasn’t understanding me and sometimes I think it’s bc she doesn’t have kids she never been pregnant but she invited me to her birthday party and I apologized to her the day of bc I couldn’t make it , long story short I had a very complicated pregnancy I told her about it opened up to her with everything I was going through, my baby now passed away, I always had hope my baby was going to be okay but she passed at 11 days old, she reached out then but to me it was too late I opened up to about why i didn’t show up I told her I’ll make it up to you I’ll take you out for brunch she denied bc she was angry and still when I told her I was pregnant she was upset bc I wasn’t going to be her drinking buddy she never reached out until she found out my baby passed; she wasn’t a good friend. But I’m glad you guys both understood each other she never understood me even though I told her what was happening to me.
So sorry for your loss 😞 That was not a true friendship. I’m glad you walked away from that, probably for the best!

Your friend isn’t supposed to always be there for you. Once our friends get pregnant everything changes of course it’s never going to be the same you guys can’t expect us to understand you guys were still living life not worried about kids lol

Aw I wish I had mom friends, I have no one…. And since the “friends” I have don’t have kids they don’t understand how much I need someone to ask how I’m doing, how my baby is doing, if I need anything, if they want to hang out to the zoo with my baby …
My friends are in that phase in their life where they want to party and I can’t do that with them anymore, so we are growing apart … it’s so sad

Yes I met moms from my kids school. Out of all of them 1 stood out and we are so alike lol we started traditions with our kids. But we are here girl! I went through that phase with people. How are you girl? Don’t know you personally but we can come back to this message😊

Came here from listening to the podcast because I just had to see you together!! It's crazy how for those of us who have been with you both since the beginning did sense the disconnect there. I really love this relationship you both have. Life and family sometimes takes away or puts a hold in a friend relationship. You both right communication is key and understanding for each other. We are both mothers and wives and our kids are 5 years apart but I feel like I don’t know her and she doesn’t know me. We work together (remote) so when we talk is work related.
