this watch came to me as a gift from my 8 n 11 year old without this video its not possible to setup the watch, i had so much fun watching and setting it up, such a nice fancy instrument, you should treat yourself with this watch, i dont want wifi and other rays on my wrist so no apple watch or ear buds for me,
NEEDS HELP !! my 9 months registered citizen U680 Navy Hawk watch with store warranty stopped working and was sent back to JCP where i bought the watch. almost 8 weeks now they keep on telling me they are still waiting for the parts to fix it.do i qualify for the manufacturer warranty for a new one ?
no. repair must be performed before a new watch is issued. waiting for parts for warrantee for a year can be considered normal service time for an older model
Hands-up everyone with a broken strap! The watch is very good... the strap is rubbish; I'm on number three. They keep fracturing and my watch fell off my wrist onto the ground and it would have been lost except for an honest passerby. CITIZEN need to do way better than this!

Just had my strap replaced at Citizen, needed new glass too because it broke when the watch fell onto hard floor, £90 + with postage n insurance!
What pain in the ass - can’t believe I paid $320 for this aggravation..
paxster76 just by requesting the radio signal would save you time. Mine it took 3 mins to be fixed.
