    Wont a big pan with a lid and tiny hole be ok ???
    I want to poach like 1kg of fillets. Will that be ok to do in a bug pan please??

    Hi sir I am running a small cloud kitchen,could I use this method to pre cook chicken for grilling and frying later,n should I cook it all the way through or not ...thank u
