    I think this can apply to me as a newly retired adult. Guilt and being overwhelmed can take over, and nothing gets done. Thanks for sharing and showing a visual method to help guide us through the weeks❤

      The struggle is mine too- I made this business of mine I said I wanted this- how do I navigate also burning out on it? Without shame? And my friends who are parents- they are facing burnout of course they love their family too- I remind myself often- we are more than one thing. We can be more than one thing. We can be burned out and still love. We wil find the balance ❤

    I feel the same about itinerary calendars. Having specific schedules, like on google calendar, stress me out. Blocking off just an amount of time is so smart!
