Do. You cure clear at lower Temps I keep. Having issues with haze on top of a satin black I'm applying to. They said it could be exhaust but figured I get your insight? What temp are you curing and how long?
I shoot at room temperature part cools all the way down. For satin and matte clears you go lighter as most of them have a thinner mil thickness requirement. Too thick it will look milky.

@@Evan.D.L the 2.25 is the main volume.(siphon at the pump) The .20 is atomization of the cloud. (Air line at nozzle of gun to break the powder up finer) with that being said these are percentages and air input is kept at 80psi.
What coating system are you using? Looks like a descent system.

Corona star. I am thinking buying one for my x1. Is it useful??
Very useful. Allows you to get closer while spraying lowers orange peel. Gets in the tight spots easier.
Do you use the variable cloud nozzle?? Does it make any sense??
@@anastasioumachines I believe so it is a fan tip with a shroud that twists. I also had a custom 3.5mm nozzle made that I prefer. Wider cloud.
That seems like alot of powder. If I put that much powder it would be dripping.
