At the begining of the year I wasn't sure I was going to make this video again, I didn't know if I would "need" it. But I did, it gave me purpose when I was uninspired and this year has been a destroyer for me, 2022 really tried to go for the number one spot of worst year ever that 2017 holds.
The ONE good thing this year gave me was my cat Robin, and I'm so thankful for her. I hope this year has been kinder to you all and that next year will give us better things.
Some of you might already know but! the "rules" for this video are simple, intro and outro are fair game (tho i try to only use footage from stuff I watched this year) and everything in between is a second of each thing I watched during 2022. If there's something more than once featured in the video it's because I watched it more than once, and for series which started last year and finished this one the second included is from the episodes aired this year.

Every time you post you keep reminding me how much I love your edits, they make me feels so many different things, joy, sadness, melancholy, hope, inspired, lost for words. They're part of those videos I always go back to every few weeks just to feel, and I feel like this one is going to be added to the list. Beautiful. Thank you for still sharing your work. Apart from everything that's been going on globally this year, the war in Ukraine being the most shocking thing, this year has been really hard for me personally too. This brings me joy, so thank you.
Vidding can be really cathartic. I've always wanted to edit Euphoria but I rarely find time for any private videos anymore between jobs. Well, a lonely end of the year must be good for something haha.. Here's to creating from pain instead of just sitting it out. Let's hope we can bring this power into the next year and manifest something better.

i loved the first one of these you made and i love the second one as well, it's wonderfully constructed (the shots you chose just... no words dude) but also just as someone who also watches a lot of content it's really fun to see what i can recognize from just one shot and where what we watched this year overlapped. i've already gone back to watch this one a couple of times (and i did that a lot with the one you did last year at different points throughout year), so thought i'd leave a note on this go around and just say i'd watch one of these videos every single year you're willing to make one. truly just so magical and emotive, it reminds me of why i love stories in the first place.

tbh I don't think I'll edit Sense( I didn't manage to do it while it aired and i don't think i'll feel like editing it again... as for heartbreak high, seen the show but i don't have the footage and EEAO i do have a tiny idea for a video but i'm not sure is going to happen. it depends on my inspiration.

2022 was the worst for me too. Almost nothing helped me as much as stories-books, shows, movies, songs, etc. There is something so beautiful about reflecting on moments which were pricks of light through the dark. One scene, one lyric, one line of dialogue sometimes can make such a difference, on a bad day or month or year. Seeing all of these seconds reminded me of mine. Thank you for doing this again this year 🤍

Sara, you create magic with your edits - believe me you do. I watched the video thrice and felt my gut wrench every damn time. The storytelling here is exceptional. Beyond mere words. Every second of this video speaks to me. The story that you create feels so personal through the screen somehow- it's almost overwhelming how much a human can feel through a 3 mins video!
