In silence, I imagine becoming like an empty cup. This is how it must be to recieve. If we’re full of noise and stimulus there is little room to receive what’s trying to reach us from beyond our physical beings.
Beautifully said, earthly desires is also a difficult one for me. For example, I am now thinking about buying better sound equipment to connect to the smart TV for an even 50% better sound, or just leave it as it is because I understand this video too. I also find it a bit difficult to feel people's energy, for example, I do group trips, on the one hand I like getting to know new people because I am often alone, but it also gives me some tension. I also sometimes feel an inferiority complex from my youth that I have solved a bit, but not 100%, so that is still a bit difficult.

Dimensions need a more deep explanation on my part. Basically Buddha and enlightened masters are at the level of God consciousness and their awareness has access to multiple dimensions. We are all already multidimensional. What makes the Buddha enlightened is the awareness of being one with the universe, which starts at the 5th dimension (oneness) and upwards.
You said last video that higher self choose what to experience and he is in charge. Now you say that we should only focus on spiritual growth?it is contradictory. Dont force others to follow this path or make them afraid that is wrong if they dont follow this path.

Ego cannot force or control the natural destiny (Higher self) anyway. When I say we are meant to transcend addiction I am observing the natural course Consciousness is going. I don't control anything and you don't either. There is no contradiction here. You still believe in the paradigm that there can be an enforcer and a victim, which is separation Consciousness, the ego is talking out of fear and misinterpreting my message. We are one, so there can be no forcing or victimhood. I have observed that addictions just dissapear when there is more awareness. So the natural conclusion is that Consciousness is playing the game of indulging in limitations, and transcending it. This will process happen regardless if your ego likes it or not.
