Thank you so much for this review! We really appreciate it and glad to know its working well for you. If you do ever run into issues or have any questions, let us know.
@@WeightBully absolutely. You can put a ton of weight on it and safely go maximum effort in ways that hit a lot of the same stabilization muscles that you miss in leg press. And I have to admit, it never dawned on me to use it for many of the things you use it for. I can’t wait to try it on the lock out press. That’s a great idea.
Cheers it is definitely worth it, I have had leg sleds, squats nothing hits the quads as this machine does and I have also tired multiple gyms with various machine you will see I did not embellish it at all, post up would love to hear your thoughts👍🏾
Now that i saw how you used this machine..i will get this! Thanks. With whats going with the Virus and the gyms only giving appointments with one hour training, U had the right 💡
Wow 1 hr, take your money though, yeah I have an Full gym at the house, the machine is still working strong see if you can find it used first and save some money
Cheers for that. Iv got the powertec version and love it. I do normal squats lunge squats and calf raises on mine. I also do overhead press as its brill for that. I hadn't thought of shrugs so I'm going to see if that's any good in mine. Don't think I'll bother with the bench press tho and deffo no front squats as it's not really designed for those. Excellent vid tho matey. Gave me something to think about. The best review of this type of machine
Oh and on the overhead press I use the 2 pads so I can stand further away from the machine. I'll try it with the handles but might be a bit cramped on mine
Any bench with flat straight feet will work, most normal benched the ones with have a u on one side will only work using the other side that is straight to the machine
No shaking a solid built machine we put 490 on it but you will need other weights to stabilize prob could put 600 no prob. Machine is commercial grade.
In my opinion this machine hits the legs more, It's smaller lighter and can be used for more than leg press and calf raises. If I could do it again I would not buy my leg press
Alicia Williams` best place is Ebay they have free shipping amazon has it as well. I truly believe its the best iso quad machine period and I have used most types nothing hammers them like this thing and I guarantee that.
PositiveCashflow22 when plates on you can do jump squats, reverse squats, band squats chain squats, and all the others I showed with bands or chains, there where a few others but I doint remember them all, very good machine if you can push or pull mostlikley you can do a variation with the machine
I have one of these and love it. I didn’t know I could do all the things you showed in your video. Thanks for posting this!

Absolutely love these. This is my absolute favorite piece of lower body equipment. It more closely mimics a body weight squat. Wonder piece.
Agree, prefer it big time over leg press and back squat, low stress tons gains

I like it because it has a small footprint. Very good video
Thank you very much, was thinking about getting one, and after seeing your review, I am surely picking one up tomorrow! Definitely worth it! Cheers

Thank you. Very, very usefull video for me
Good video sir! Texas here too!
Rick Brashear thanks, appreciate the comment,
Would u recommend this machine if I have a lumbar bulged disc problem .. is it more supported then regular squats
What type of bench did you use? I'm not sure just any bench works
Any bench with flat straight feet will work, most normal benched the ones with have a u on one side will only work using the other side that is straight to the machine
Thanks for the info. I watched this video over a year ago but had to dig it back up. Starting to use the machine again
@@WeightBully one more question, I just noticed. The front legs from the bench won't slide down that incline on the machine?
@@THEronleon1 nope had 3 plates on the sides for reps never moved look close it has an concrete block for support
Hi mate, when using this machine, you need a lot of weight to “feel the exercise”?
Nope not much weight at all it's an iso so it does not allow you to use all the muscles you have only the ones you are focusing on, very direct
Weight Bully thanks for the answer! Keep pushing!
Thanks. Didnt know. I'm buying it.
A+ thanks for sharing
Que medidas tiene esa máquina , es muy práctica, me podrías ayudar con las medidas por favor ?

Porf me podrias proporsionar medidas me parece un equipo muy bueno gravias
How would you say this compares to a Hack/Leg Press machine if you were to only have one?
In my opinion this machine hits the legs more, It's smaller lighter and can be used for more than leg press and calf raises. If I could do it again I would not buy my leg press
Great job with the demonstration, where can you purchase this machine at.
I thought you were going to answer my question as well

How tall r u?
About 6'1
@@WeightBully I'm 6'3. Would you recommend this machine to me? Full ROM?
@@WeightBully Can the machine go all the way down for rowing?
NO back support like other ones.
Lol why do you need back support to work your legs, if you back is weak you may want to address that prior to working out
The leverage squat is not supposed to have back support, you're thinking of the pendulum squat machine.
