Just bought your book on audible! Currently listening to it while im at work, taking notes in the side. Amazing content! Your story helps motivate me, i too only got up to algebra in high school. My focus was on joing the Marine corps. Did my 4 years there and began my dream career as an aerospace welder after. Well i fell in love with the science behind welding. The whys and the hows. Began my journey about a year ago starting from scratch, teching myself prealgebra, algebra and pre calc. I'm in my first year of college and couldn't be more excited for this entire journey! Goal is to get a bachelor's in mechanical then a masters in welding engineering. I hope to someday become a subject mattet expert in welding engineer and contribute to the advancement of the welding process!
Thats incredible! You know what you want and you're going after it. good for you! And thanks for the support of my book! I hope you find it helpful. if you like it, don't forget to leave a review 👍 good luck!

Pro Tip if there’s an engineering concept i need help understanding I have chatgpt give me a simple run down on what it really is, it’s been a life saver
I’m currently a high school student that’s like top 5%. But I’m really struggling with figuring out if I want to major in engineering. I have a interest in it but I don’t want to commit because I have feeling I could fail all my classes and just do terrible in it. How do I know if engineering is right for me like do I have to be good at physics and math or how do I make the the correct decision? Thank you if you read this! ( I’m taking AP physics my senior year)
Good question. I would say that if it interests you more than any other topic … then do it. Plain and simple. You don’t have to be good at math and physics when you start … BUT you do have to LEARN to be good at math and physics as you go (which is what I did). And that takes time and persistence. It sounds like you were way ahead of me academically going into college so I’m confident you will be able to succeed no matter what road you choose.
Man you are like a savior for me, I am at a crossroads right now and your videos are helping me determine my path❤️🙌
I’m glad it’s helpful! And good luck.
