I’ve got an open diff in my Miata and have found the best way is to get more speed. You kinda just gotta send it and then weight transfer really aggressively
Kinda does got bars for a automatic and like 200 hp if it was stick he could at least clutch kick shit Ik I can’t drift or swans yet I just started driving but I can drift on forza with wheel
I'd say really good! There's an added layer of tricky w/ open diff as the power gets sent back and forth between each real wheel as you change direction
@Marcus peddle a donut is literally drifting a circle. The bigger the circle the harder it is to do. Left foot braking and spinning around your inside front wheel is fun, but not as impressive (especially if the car's an auto) as maintaining good angle on a big fast donut.
@@Burns11112 except that was an isolated incident from a crash at over 100 mph hitting a near stationary vehicle and the truck occupants were ok. If you don’t already know this you should. The F-150 is one of the safest vehicles you can buy (crash safety) and is the safest pickup truck.
@Brispy Z34 I guess it's a little different in the G37S 6mt, bc I can drift and do burnouts pretty damn well as is. I'm still gonna be putting my ABS and Bosch module on switches for this drift season tho
@Brispy Z34 mines an 08 coupe manual, probably a little different since it's the very first of the G37. And I've heard the autos have a much more intrusive system than the 6mt cars. every once in a while I can feel intervention even if my vdc is off but I'm usually just fine, and in the snow or on wet pavement it rips. I'm gonna put in a switch and pull my abs fuse for the drift track this summer though because it really matters there
You realize the car will slide all day long without modification to anything. Turn the VDC off and you can do donuts just fine. Doing burnouts is a different story, you have to disable the traction control completely or just pull the brake light fuse if you want to do a quickie burnout but of course you wont have tail lights.
@michaelangelo5783 this a g37 journey that i converted into a sport slowly. At this point when I recorded the video....I only had the g37s bumper. I later on installed the vlsd, paddle shifters, sway bars from a g37s

Nothing like a 1 wheel burnout lol I have a e-locker which makes going sideways easy.

There is a write up where you have to take your center dash off and splice a sensor under the center consul. Turns off the vsc and tsc off completely.
