CJC has been honest with me without pushing me to buy anything. Got an ´01 Dodge 2500 QCLB with EMF BJ‘s, Synergy linkage, Thuren for both the track bar and active sway bar. HUGE difference in ride quality. I also recommend a free spin kit to eliminate the cursed unit bearings.
Great video. #1 thing is saftey, much of us care of the truck, #1 thing is you and family is what this buys us. Peace of mind in rain, snow, dry, mud, wet conditiins rely on these updates to the truck's abilty to handle any condition. Especially when Putin is threatening with nuclear war. Did this include suspension parts or just steering parts? I'd like to know cause I'm building a 2nd Gen now and I'm looking to upgrade both suspension and steering. Thanks man!!!
I don’t know if it’s the price or the work it takes to install but I have found that the free wheel kit I bought from Yukon fixes a lot of the steering quick wear issues these trucks have. The free wheel kit allows the spindle to spend free from the axle and differential. Getting rid of all of that rotating mass that the steering components has to deal with fixes a lot of the headache. I thought I was having to replace my steering box on my O2 ram 2500 4 x 4, but I decided to install the Yukon kit first. Along with the kit, I changed to the newer, steering tie rod style. Made a huge difference, and I ended up not changing out the box.
I was about to offload(sell) my MINT low mile 99 untill I saw this! Fingers crossed I'm going to try as last resort these ball joints you mentioned first. My whole front end is New trying to correct the steering that I HATE! New 3rd gen everything, red head, BDs steering box support bar, nothing left out. My diesel mechanic said he could fix it with new ball joints! I assume and hope what you mention here is what he suggested, I just wasn't convinced. At the moment I'm not convinced yet. I far prefer my 3 1st Gens 89,90
I have an 02 Dodge 2500 Carly control arms the longer ones for a leveling kit that they're in track bar and the rest I'm still on stock unfortunately I was wondering if I could run the aps Fox steering stabilizer with the Carly low mount and a synergies steering bar tie rod

WELCOME TO THE FUTURE OF SPORT TRUCKS!!!!
Nice 2nd gen build love that tire and rim combo. What brand of tires and size are they?
Synergy wasn't available but this has been the greatest improvement in driving my truck!

Im really liking this build
A black rust converter would have been better than nothing against the new parts. Although, it does look cool in its own way. 🤙

What size tires and wheels on this 2nd gen? Beautiful setup
This truck is on a 37/12.5/17 Toyo MT with 0 offset 7x8.5 wheels.
Do you know if this kit fits the 1500s since we have a different axle?
Have you found any kits that work? I’ve been looking EVERYWHERE to find a t bar kit for a 2nd gen 1500, and the info is terrible

What year truck do you have? For second gens, it takes some major trimming, or a trip to the body shop.
94 second gen
What grease do yous like to use for ball-joints/ tie rods/ greaseable aftermarket parts?
We use Redline CV2 Grease
So what would be the best set up for 3500 1997 rwd
Sadly there aren't a lot of options for 2wd trucks outside of standard parts store stuff.
Awesome
Do you offer options for 1500’s

Do you have a kit for the 1500
Do these parts work with 1500 dodges or just 25 and 3500's
Very good question
They responded man they said it also works with 94-02 4x4 1500
Do you do installs? where are you located?
JohnM-Jr, Did the fellow ever get back to you with your question ? Peter
Do you offer anything for the 2nd gen 1500?
As long as your truck is 4wd, most of these parts will it!
Is this only for 2500,3500’s. I have a 2000 1500… does this list still apply ?
As long as the truck is 4wd, these parts will fit!
Could this kit work on a 96 1500 2x4?
Unfortunately no.
What is the the $ cost for the whole set up?

Man I want that front bumper for mine bad. Where can I buy one??
That’s just a factory sport bumper!
Thanks. My dad had one when I was a kid so I just got a project 1500 to hopefully fix up on time for my daughter
Anything for a 1999 2nd gen 1500???
As long as the truck is 4wd, almost all of these parts fit.
Is any of those compatible with a 1500?
Actually all of this fits a 4wd 94-2002 Ram 1500.
