- Last July, Korn traveled to Germany to perform 3 free concerts on US military bases to celebrate Independence Day with the US troops.
Directed by Sébastien Paquet
I was in that crowd. Great concert that Korn put up. Also Korn thanks for playing for us. We appreciate the support you give to us Troops.
I was in the crowd at the beginning of this video, great fucking show and it was free. Same performance as if you paid high dollar for the tickets to be so close. My favorite part is when he asked the crowd to put up their middle fingers and kids were everywhere and he sang Y’all Want a Single🤘🏼
@Robert Marschall thank you for everything you do for our country. The men and women of the US Army don't get enough respect. If anyone deserves this concert, it's you.
Thank you for your service sir
Always wanted to meet korn
@Cognitive Chaos I'm a children of korn
haha it was quite funny watching all the hardened soldiers moshing out like little metal kids. I bet they had a blast
they are humans after all
D2jspOFFICIAL lol i mean. ... does that really has to mentioned?
Supreme Buffalo Little metal kids?
they probably were numetal kids. I know i was.
@Cognitive Chaos haha. Dark
8:23 They're soldiers for sure, look that synchronization!
That did look bad ass!
Damn I am amazed how well his voice has held up over the years. Hasn't changed much at all and still full of all the emotions and layers. Just amazing!
I thought the same thing and how he sounds the same on tour as on cd..thAt alone is amazing
still doing great things
For the first time ever...Jonathan wears pants
Truly a sight to behold.
BEHOLD THE PANTS OF JOHNATHAN DAVIS!
It's weird to see him in pants!
He used to wear Adidas pants all the time.
Bring back the Kilt
This is why Korn rocks, they perform for troops, and visit them.
Blink182 did it in 2003
Justin Bieber did it too , does he rock ?
Five finger death punch did it too
Then they get paid 😂
Got to talk and hang out with the band, this was amazing
Times can get rough in the military... so I know that those soldiers in the military felt so lucky and thankful that korn came out to play a show for all of them. awesome.
Blake Root imagine if Metallica came out for them. That would be awesome
Blake Root torture of others is super tough
Lol because beheading people is "defending against terrorists".
@Cognitive Chaos if you think someone strapping a suicide vest to their kid is being a real man....
@The Rain Bow hahaha their reason is they aren't muslim. You go over there by yourself and I guarantee you won't come back. Your coffin will be filled with bricks.
I was in the army for 6 years and only got dam country music.
Mike R haha
My friend got to spar against Forrest Griffin when the UFC came over lol
I got Shaun White when we were in Afghanistan.
I'm sorry for you bro
I was in for 6 years too and got to see a few country bands, Lynyrd m f'in Skynyrd, and took my nieces to see Hillary Duff when she came to Bragg. One thing that was crazy about it was that I was expecting her to sing her Disney channel songs and stuff, but believe it or not the girl threw down pretty hard, she really played some pretty hard stuff and shocked the sh!t out of me. It was actually a decent concert. I originally thought I would just tough it out for my nieces, but ended up halfway having a good time! Lol
Class act band that does class act things for people! One of the greatest bands EVER! The emotions and endorphins they stir me and all their fans is unreal!
This is why korn is one of my all time favorite bands. Tons of respect for these guys
Hey, that's me... for like 2 seconds hehe :)
Scottsquatch Really?
Where at?
Cool
Today is Veterans Day! Thank you for your service soldiers!!!
Wow 44 people don't like this. I love this reason 1. my brother is in the army and reason 2. It's KORN
This shows right here that the guys from Korn have a heart. I fucking hate when my mom talks shit about this band and to me for supporting them 😒
LOL
blisterpacman Lol?
blisterpacman, how is that funny
good to know because we care about your personal life (sarcasm)
Stian Azarov Good to know that you cared so much as to respond to my comment when no one was talking to you *not sarcasm*
Wow. Thank you guys. Im no longer serving but I am Very glad to see what you guys still do for your fans. There's no Segregation when you love your music and fans.
Love you guys til the end
My wife and I was right in front and it was a kick ass show.
Korn is truly amazing.
I was there for that!!! fuck! Bco 412th ASB, 12th CAB, Katterbach Kasserne!!! thats awesome
omg.. O_O dude, i met you like.. once i think & i still know who you are! this is weird!
As an army brat who is also a korn fan, this just adds to my love of the band. People forget that the military have a life outside of it and I'm glad that korn gave them some time to be teens again
Sameee
korn x slipknot military tour would be amazing
thewierdlemon Korn, Slipknot, and FFDP would be an awesome concert.
Following it up the next night with Metallica
you mean korn and stone sour
@@ryangman230 no
@@iandrumvids1806 yea bro, stone sours a way better band than slipknot, all they do is fast paced shit 😂 corey taylors better when he sings with some screams not scream the whole dam time and rap as well lol way better melodies in stone sour
@@ryangman230 No worries. It's fine if you prefer Stone Sour over Slipknot, but melody is not the only thing that makes music good. The beauty of music is how different it can be.
Fieldy, you derp, "are they throwing up a west-side sign"? Love it guy, you gave that o boy a good laugh, they need all the relief they can get. You didn't go there to support a war, you went to support those who answer the call. You guys are famous now, but someday.. you will be legends. Mad Respect, Gentlemen.
Thanks for going & doing this for the troops Korn!! My husband is retired military & you have no idea how much this sort of thing means. We/they appreciate it and I am quite sure you saw & realized that when you were on stage.
As I Veteran I want to thank you guys for making the trip. I spent many years overseas and to have the connection home is priceless.
Korn is also one of the best moments of my perception,Ty for that.
This is awesome to see. I think No matter what kind of music youre into everyone knows and can rock out to some korn songs!!
that was an awsome show korn thank you...
I love it when they do stuff like this for troops. They really deserve it.
Korn fan 4ever. I love these guys. Then and now
You the best guys!!! Forever a KORN fan. Stay awesome!!!
I was front row at the Spangdahlem show. It was awesome to see them again.
3:53 Soldier is pretty responsible for seeing therapy after an event like that. Respect. I wish the rest of us were programmed the way he is.
Unfortunately a lot of things seem to get in the way of that. Too few dudes get that therapy isn't about having a pity party, it's about taking responsibility for your shit like an adult instead of taking it out on the people around you. Then there's the other ones who do get that, but they don't wanna put in the time and effort. And of course the guys who actually go to therapy but quit after a few sessions and say therapy doesn't work for them when really it was the specific style of therapy or that specific therapist that wasn't working for them.
I missed this by a couple years, saw them before I joined but still to see anything but country music supporting us is amazing and awesome! As military we just want a better world for our children and try to make it that way to the best of everyone is our goal!
Our troops are Great! Korn is an Awesome Band! and much love to all involved in making that possible for everyone to enjoy!
Korn is so awesome personally since they all got sober!
Korn always put on a good show that's why I have seen them thirteen times and the troops deserves some time off and see a good concert.
Sebastien has really improved as a director over the last couple of years. Love it.
Thank you for your support of the troops.
I love these guys!
they support the troops, not the government that deploys! get the shit straight, folks ;)
molten wow So if the government told all the troops to start killing everyone would you still support them ?
And the troops support goverment...Hypocrisy at its finest...
@@mrcheezle3910 I mean if that was the case you still can't blame the troops. It's not like they would even want to kill everybody, they're just following orders at that point its up to their leaders down the chain of command to do what's right and not let something like that happen.
Mr Cheezle there just trying to do there job and provide for the families, whilst risking there lives to protect and defend this country as well as our allies, so your point is invalid.
Mr Cheezle when you say “kill everyone” do you mean foreign or domestic? Or do you mean a crowd of innocent people, or a group of terrorists or enemy soldiers? If you mean kill a crowd of innocent people or something along those lines (which would never happen), then I can guarantee you that most all of them would lay down there weapons. You people treat or members of the armed forces like there inhumane pieces of human garbage, for just doing there job.
Great concert I was a soldier stationed there in 2013, good times
Thanks for the support!
I salute you Korn for doing this, that's amazing!!!
Great video i could watch these videos all day, I just freaken love korn awesome music awesome people

I love the guys from Korn. Awesome guys and band.
That's real nice of the guys!
they are great!
"May I start by saying how thrilled we are to have you here, we are such fans of your music, and all of your records. I am not speaking of yours personally, but the whole genre of the rock and roll."
so many people forget that have lives outside of the uniform. that we go through so many things that many would never endure. any ways of being able to let loose and have fun is very appreciated.
SO DOPE THEY DID THIS!! Love Korn. Im a NorCal dude and these dudes are my jam!! Ex Navy Thanks for thinking of the Troops Korn.
This was really awesome that KoRn did this, great video too
I was there at their show in Wiesbaden, it was awesome. First time I've ever seen them live
0:57 me as a pilot 😂
J TheDrummer hahaha you'll kill everyone 😂
Makes me love Korn that much more.
Thank you to the military and everybody that does serve and has. Freedom isn't free but without you we wouldn't have anything that we do. God bless
Our Troops Deserved this concert and to be honest they deserve more God Bless our Troops and Good job Korn for Supporting our Troops
Blind got to be one of the best songs ever to get a instant adrenaline rush. I watch Blind Woodstock 99 video once a week and it still gives me chills to this day. Got to see korn play it live in 98 as a young lad.
Sei 5 they actually liquidated the crowd on that night, it was insane
was there, I lived nearby in NY at the time...insane
RESPECT to one of my fav bands KORN!!!!
is there any fucking way in which korn opens a concert with a song different to blind and you don't feel something is not ok?
Amazing! respect to Korn!
They really do need to change their set list soon. I personally am not a fan of the "touring set list" where it's the same at every show, but to me it feels like Korn have been doing the same one since Head came back for each leg of the tour. Time for a change boys!
I was in Afghanistan when you guys came through Spangdahlem... I hope you make another tour through next year
nothing no music gets more more hypd than korn man. even watchingtheir live perfomances im shaking in my chair,
the speech at the end by jonathan davis made me cry that was so beautiful
KORN + Ramstein= good tour. Please make it happen.
i feel ya
travis bull that happened 20 years ago in the family values 98
rammstein is a gay band
Dolly #contente yes and you are a homophobic peace of shit
K4M4K4Z it doesn’t matter what language you speak music is a universal language in itself
Korn's stock went up with me after watching this.
same, and I kinda hate their music lol
much respect to Korn!!
If Covid happened back in the day:
4th of July 2013 Concert but uploaded On Pearl Harbor Anniversary Day. No matter how your brain works.. it still brought tears to my eyes. My dad was born in Germany where his father was stationed in 1947. My dad was absent from my birth during his employment in Korea in a different war. I love Korn for many different reasons.. but watching this video makes me understand.. it isn't just Korn. Cher did it. one of my fav vid/song of hers... with her son.. on the naval ship... It is a thing... Front lines need hugs too!! Now more than ever!! We can not have what any of these before us have.. not this type of concert from a genuine bunch of musicians! I just can't understand why more people are not out searching for this kind of video from their favorite bands during this time of a crisis we are in. We all need a lil help from our bands! Stay at home and search your favorite band videos! And leave a reply!! Let them know you needed it!!! Thank You Korn!
QUE NIVEL, q cuuultura de esta gente ! hasta los seguridad rockean ! como no vi el video antes !
Great Vid!
Thank you to all soliders, freedom it's not free.

My daughter invited a army sergeant to our house next week because she wants to join and at 1st I was a little sceptical but after watching this im going to back her
emember meeting John, Munky, and Head at this year's NAMM, was awesome
This is so cool!! Our troops deserve the best. 😎😎
Much much love to KORN
8:24 the tempo of the claps is on point.
I was in Ansbach during 2001 to 2004. That's so cool they made it there.
So cool!
Awesome!
korn is seriously still 1 of the best bands around
Loved seeing Download on the flightcase at 4:14, had no idea this is what they were up to on the same tour I saw them.
Awsome 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
Much respect to both Korn for doing this & those serving for the freedom they give that many disregard...
I would love to have a good concert in hawaii!!
Lmao Ray playing the intro to Blind on the metal Korn sign had me dying!
Is there a full video of "Got the Life" from this? I'm thinking this is my favorite version of the song live. Sounds so good.
OMG... epic
NICE 🤜🤛,💯
Amazing!
Well done Seb! Love it!!
awesome
Omg I didn't know Jonathan was like a military supporter. That's so cool.
Very cool!
There is one free misstake in life and that was yours, KORN...
As A Marine I APPRECIATE them for this
respect...
Pretty cool of the military commanders to get such a great band for the troops to see.
Eu nunca vou me esquecer disso! Eu me formei e essa música do Korn marcou o meu turno. Eu nasci em 1992 eu sou da geração Nu Metal. Em 2014 o 42 se formou operações especiais. Tmj Korn👊 O Rock faz parte da minha história. Esse breve na minha farda está marcado pela música Thoughtless.
