Keep focusing on yourself even if you’re together.

But I'm from Asia, where marriages are mandatory and also I'm not in my 20's where it would be possible for me to wait for another 1-2 yrs. 7 years ago I was chasing a guy so much and tried everything I could to make him to be with me, but after some months I felt deep inside I should let him go, it was a really really hard decision, I cried too much and didn’t know if I could do that...but when I did it, I started to feel free and happy again, so every morning and night I used to think about him for like 15 minutes only cause I was missing him and it felt good to remember the good moments we shared...I did it with no intention for him to come back as I was fed up with him and just wanted to feel happy again. And a while after that he just came back out of nowhere, it happened when I was feeling super great with myself and not needing him in my life anymore....
So yes, when you’re in low vibration you don’t attract anything good, the more you need someone, the more they will keep running from you
Exactly that's my situation now. I was deeply infactuated with this guy but he is not like an average Joe. He is kinda like playboy. The more I wanted him , the more he was running away and playing around with me.
So I just dumped him and felt free and happy again. The times I was in contact with him, he would hurt me by lying and not staying in contact and running after other girls.
When I said I am leaving, he got worried. I wanted exactly that.
I still miss him but I have let him go and I don't expect anything anymore from him. I was so hurt before but now I feel alive again.

Yes!!! I started practicing this seriously a few months ago and it's amazing; the freedom and peace of letting go. That texting example he gave literally happened to me this weekend lol and every time I would reply and "forget it" BOOM, I'd get an almost instant text back. I couldn't stop laughing! Now I apply this to all areas of my life and I'm seeing a wonderful and positive turnaround.
Can we visualize same intention daily and forget it throughout the day?
@@snehashisdas3689 IMO, yes... visualize and let the feeling come over you and carry THE FEELING with you throughout the day. it's the "obsessing" part that ruins it. Again, IMO, the reason why most people don't get what they want is because they ask for divine intervention, but they don't let the divine do its job... or they become impatient (which is a part of the obsessing I mentioned). My mantra is to "be the very thing you want to attract". Like attracts like.😊
I tried this technique 3 months ago. Then, I think maybe it won't work. I just got tired of waiting. Tonight, exactly 4 months ago, just hour ago he texted me and said so sorry for what he did, he screwed up. Omg, I can't believe it. Letting go is the best thing I've ever done, plus exuding love when it happens is the best joy ever.
How did you detach? Like how do you stop the thinking like how do you turn your mind off when it wonders ...
Great questions! The answer is, constant affirmations, awareness, and just letting go. I noticed the more I held on to something the longer it took for results to manifest. Think of an energy circle, moving round and round and round as you try to get something. Well, once that calms down and you let go, forget about it, events just fly right through. Universal energy is very powerful and can operate on its own. A lot of of our behaviors cause interference. Just let go. I stopped thinking about the time it takes for a manifestation to get here. I started focusing on the now and started creating my future by letting go of old, sour, stale, negativity that no longer served great fortune. I started a self-love routine. Found what gives me energy. Cut off people who wanted me to do what they wanted me to do. I listen to guided audios to keep my on track as well. H' oponopono too. Forgave myself and others for anything that interfered. It is definitely a process. I bit off more than I could chew at first, however, I began to break things down into tiny, tiny pieces that I could handle on a daily basis. Affirmations are definitely key. Right now I am working on heart energy. Anyhow, Thank you for asking.

For the people who struggle with this. What helped me was the thought that attachment/craving is not giving you them real love.. if you really love them you respect them and give them the distance they ask for and when time wil come they wil come to you.
In the mean time work on yourself love so you suffer less❤
And when they return to you , send them back again because you would have found someone better and you did not waste your time waiting for them.

I had a 10 year relationship with the guy so we started dating each other in college first year. Initially it was good but became hurtful with passing years but we never gave up on love and despite ugly fights came back together. I was mostly unhappy but was always a chicken to call it quits thinking I have invested so many years in this.I felt unimportant devalued and although I confronted him this caused fights.
We then moved ahead and got married 2.5 years back. Got to know he had lot of quarrel in his family to marry me. I’m emotionally exhausted and feel I’m unable to leave him cause then I feel sad and heartbroken. This has taken a toll on me and the stress has resulted in insane bleeding on my periods.
