I love this! So many women don't know what to expect with pregnancy. I get breast tenderness when my period is coming close, but it makes sense because the stage is basically the same - body prepping in case there's a baby there!

I always have breast tenderness before my period. So bad that it hurts to go down stairs without holding my boobs! But pregnancy breast tenderness was an entirely different level of pain. It hurt all the way back into my armpits! Awful. Edit: I also want to add that all 5 of my pregnancies had symptoms before I even knew I was pregnant, and the breast tenderness lasted THE WHOLE PREGNANCY every time.

I’m 17 weeks and have a healthy baby girl so far. I’m just now getting Braxton hicks. That’s about it for me. Very simple, I also am a fat chick but I got my bump already at 15 weeks. That’s what I am scared of the most, as I have had both nipples on two different occasions become so insanely painful and hard and the cysts eventually exploded out of my nipple area skin 😥Now I have two tiny holes that I can still squeeze out some sort of substance that never closed/healed fully. I assume I ovulated because my breasts become sore right after i usually do, I had spotting a couple days ago when I was suppose to start my period, but it was only when I wiped and that was the only spotting I had, and now my breasts aren’t as sore. I went to the doctor September 15. They said I was pregnant. My last period was August 20, 2023 but I had a ultrasound done one week ago from today and they told me I am five weeks and three days pregnant but then I went to another ultrasound today and they told me I am still five weeks and three days pregnant but they don’t see anything inside of the sack. All of those things didn't happen for my pregnancy until I was much further on compared to early pregnancy and I've had 7 pregnancies 5 children not once did I notice any of these as signs for early pregnancy it wasn't till I was a few weeks to a few months along that i really noticed a lot of these signs so i wouldnt agree with them being signs to detect pregnancy early but who knows maybe some women actually do get some of these signs earlier than others and maybe mine just rarely came later than others either way that was my experience take the information with a grain of salt in the video for signs to detwct the pregnancy early

Ahh yes with my 2nd pregnancy I knew soemthing was off the moment my breast were beyond tender. It's never happened before. Hello, Can hiit exercises cause spotting? It’s def just brown spotting but I still don’t like to see it and wonder what the cause is. I’ve been avoiding intercourse until my ultrasound so I’m not sure what is causing the brown spotting (every other day, super light). Should I stop hiit exercising? I had increased libido like I never experienced before and PMS symptoms.

@dee6159 No, my periods were very abnormal. I skip several months in a row. When I did get my period, it was heavy & the cramps were miserable.

So im a weird case. I had rise of prolactin and dealt with stress. Eventually everything went back down to normal and i wasn't pregnant. I always get swollen and aching breast but now i have a larger breast size with no baby. 😂 Chronic stress is crazy

Ahh yes with my 2nd pregnancy I knew soemthing was off the moment my breast were beyond tender. It's never happened before. And same thing recently I was like wait no I can't be pregnant but from experience my boobs hurt to touch... took a test and it was positive. Had an ab though and now that my period is regular again my boobs get sore like the week before my flow starts.
When you say your breast were beyond tender, do you u mean that you couldn't even touch them yourself or your nipples hurt?

Can hiit exercises cause spotting? It’s def just brown spotting but I still don’t like to see it and wonder what the cause is. I’ve been avoiding intercourse until my ultrasound so I’m not sure what is causing the brown spotting (every other day, super light).
Should I stop hiit exercising? When do I need to do modifications? I thought if I’ve been exercising that way before pregnancy I can continue to do the same. But the spotting is really bothering me
