Look at the U.S. prison is the system empowering a cycle of poverty within the minority communities. Corruption is woven within the system, making it even worse. For instance not too long ago, a housing company was convicted for steering money allocated for building affordable houses for the homeless, and this had been going on for years. Systemic corruption will always be a reality, but mass incarceration is definitely not the solution.
Lucky Dube told in his song Prisoner that "They never build any schools anymore and they never buld no Hospitals all they will build will be PRISONS PRISONS"!!
Hopefully this AMG will live true to the meaning of its creed. Many land buying companies in Kenya, (not all) start this way by building indisputable TRUST only a bombshell to explode afterwards. Just a thought, and I don’t mean AMG is this way, but going by some examples.
