Watching your videos like this make my haunting perception against Russia disappear, especially the one the people of Russia. I really need to visit Yekaterinburg and other cities in Russia. Hope to meet a nice guy who gave you bread to feed the ducks. 😄 And also I agree with you that Nikolay Sevastyanov's house is the most beautiful building in the city.
Thank you so much for sharing this video, I really loved it so much.. it just fits into the row of all your humble and wonderful videos. Wisihing you a great Summer!
old buildings are nice, but i liked more the last one, green nice building! Very interesting the video! Congratulations! I hope i can visit Yekaterimburg one day. пока пока! greetings from Málaga, Spain
Wow really!?! I wonder if they lived in those Palaces!??!! I wld think so!!?!? he was Queen Victoria's Grandson & distant cousin to Queen Elizabeth of today! If they lived there they shld set up a memorial plaque saying they lived there,I feel! The Czar & his soldiers came in the middle of the night& took the males in my ancestors!!
@@sandcastlelyndylynneklynch766 there are plenty of museums and memorials dedicated to Romanovs, there is even a big ass church built on the site of their execution.

Another amazing fantastic video. Yekaterinburg is such a beautiful place and see a lot of potential in the future. Don’t tell many but I believe Yekaterinburg going to be the next best place to live Moscow and St Petersburg is too big and expensive Yekaterinburg seem so right for the young to make their mark on life. Love seeing the architecture in Yekaterinburg and it more fantastic when Alana in front of the buildings, it be alright with me if you showed more of Alana. Tell us more of the time of day you taking video I bet what most think it afternoon. But I bet it more like late evening in summertime, where i live daylight only changes by two hours.
Seems like when you investigate the history associated with huge fancy houses and palaces you will find out that someone took advantage of other people.
If I was only younger and the internet and UA-cam was available then. What a dream to be able to visit Russia and the real Russian people. That would be a dream come true.
The city should open up these mansions for the world to visit. The monies collected, could be used, for their upkeep. I would love to go through all of them.
Such great history , I can’t lie , it’s so much beauty in Russia in addition to the Russian ladies if I was there I don’t think ide want to leave 👍🏼🤘🏼🇷🇺 Respect from “America”⛓
Замечательные виды без стриженых деревьев, которые мне не нравятся. Архитектура завораживает, простор, широкие улицы, большие тенистые парки .....красота. Нет ощущения каменных джунглей, для города это боьшой плюс.
I have enjoyed all you videos. I do have request for a future video. Russia is know world-wide for it's large and spectacular log homes. Russians have taken log home building to an art form because it has tremendous trees with skilled craftsmen who can handle those huge timbers. Would enjoy seeing a future video of Russian log home building.
I absolutely loved the interaction with the people there. I am currently learning Russian so I can one day visit and maybe/probably live there. I’m proud of myself for how much I could understand. Thank you very much for this video!! 💙🇷🇺💙

10:55 It maybe hard to recognize under all that funky colors, but the Sevatyanov's house was built in the neo-Gothic style. Worth to mention, Russia never had true Gothic architecture and Sevatyanov's house was in fact the very fist neo-Gothic building in Russia. It managed to made the style fashionable for the time and quite few examples of neo-Gothic houses were built all over Russia shortly after.
There are so many nice parks in Russia. It would be nice to go for some walks during this pandemic. Our parks in Seattle have been taken over by the homeless, many, if not most of them are drug addicts. I love watching your videos. It helps me to "escape" from the ugliness of Seattle.
Such a magnificent palace at Yeka! I wish there is foundation to maintain such edifice and transform it into tourist attraction. The park should be well maintained as well. Sevastyanov Palace should, also, be repaired and restored to it's former glory. If no foundation or NGO to undertake maintenance, the city goverment should do the task. Such awesome and mangnificent buildings. I hope my idea is good enough to those buildings an attraction to Yekateriburg. My colleague in the Philippines and me and some friends are now planning to visit Russia in Yeka in particular after this pandemic.🙂😊
Russia is very beautiful we tempt to visit once. And very good information you sharing about this place. Thanks Which are the best places in Russia to visit. I wish you make your next video for tourists if they want to visit
You keep getting better and better, and these local videos are fascinating. The story about the booze on the pond really is hysterical! I have a question for you. Did Peter the Great name Ekaterinburg for his wife Empress Catherine I? Stay safe and keep 'em coming!!!
Beautiful mansions with outstanding architecture. Surprised they are not put to good use. Thanks for the tour.
Thanks for the video. Looking forward to more about the history of Yekaterinburg.
Best channel on UA-cam. I love Russia.
I gotta visit Yekaterinburg! I love Saint Petersburg, and I Feel like I’d love Yekaterinburg 🇷🇺
Most of the old Russian buildings and village houses has a beautiful combination of white, blue and green.
I love the Russian blue and green colors on their old bldgs.
and the pink
Seems very relaxed city life, peaceful. I was in Russia last year, didn’t see any drama on the street, rarely see police.
Its true. Peaceful and calm
Because in the Russia isn't ANT1FA terr0r1sts and B.L.M. rac15t5.
@@Deines7 i’m starting to look at their way of life as better than US or western europe, funny how that’s changed so fast

Speaking of noble persons being cruel to their serfs, one should read the story about Darya Saltykova (Saltychikha) who lived in Moscow (1730-1801).
I watch Cool vision the same. I go through lots of virtual tours and this is one of my favourites.
You have done such a great job for showing up your beautiful city , definetely on our bucket list , love all your videos ..

Hello sir you are very good video Maker to describe Russia I'm Indian watching your videos
watching here from the Philippines
Thanks for an interesting video. What did it mean to be an old believer?
I suggest that you handle the camera and let Lana describe the scenery.
In 17th century there was a schizm over some changes inside the russian church, Old Believers branched off and were persecuted for it.
I like your videos and English.
I always meet the best Russians. So friendly and fun too. People need to know them.

There's not too much information about this. Maybe because he was so powerful.
