What a wonderful rural business miss Guzel has nurtured there, I really like the way she keeps life in the village & the local people in employment, Bravo to her, Beautiful country.
She’s doing good for herself. But the progress in that village seems to be very minimal compared to the grandiose success of American suburbs. Seems like it’s a personal expedition for her and the ppl benefit on the side. That village needs corporate investment to make it more suburban and increase population.
@@fighting-ag-injustice I don't understand migration. I must also say that I don't understand politics in any country. I only know that we must find a way around the corrupt politicians and their friends. That includes the USA. It is getting bad here. I think we are in times comparable to the pre Soviet times of Russia.
@@Telegrm-t_OnlyPwr Success and wealth is relevant to the definition of the one experiencing it. I have no gauge to measure the truth of your comment. I once heard it said that the Soviet people had plenty of money but nothing to spend it on. I know that in Moscow Soviet people could buy much more. There were special rules for Moscow. I don't know the rules of the Russian Federation, but in early America inventive people saw needs to be fulfilled by the locals and fulfilled those needs. This gave them more money and the locals more goods and services. That in turn gave the locals more time to think about and do other things. These things are something I want to understand. That is why I would like to spend time in a Russian village.

What wonderful lady so unselfish thinking of other peoples needs so many of our villages are dying the young leave for city life because there's no work this is a really fresh idea respect to you from Wales UK
We experienced a terrible decline in the 90s. This especially affected the villages. But! Now villages in Russia come to life en masse: a national project for the restoration of small towns, villages and estates is in effect: ua-cam.com/video/lWQczWDwAn4/v-deo.html But, of course, personal initiative is also very good: it will speed things up where the "hands of the national project" have not yet reached.

The next time I hear someone complaining about Russia, I'm not going to say a word. Instead, I will send them a link to this video. What a wonderful tour of that village, and what a special person Guzel is. This is the real meaning of community.
it's the communist party that's the problem being not flexible enough to make changes. Russia communism is a dinosaur these products she has would sell well in europe
@@arthurdewith7608 Those products sell well in high-end stores in Moscow and St. Petersburg and bring in a lot of money. I noticed in the video that they sealed up the syrup spoons in Vkusvill packages, so my guess is that Guzel is working for them directly, which would make sense given her entrepreneurship in Moscow. Vkusvill (Вкусвилл, "Tasteville" directly translated) is a modern Russian high-end grocery store chain that focuses on organic, natural food, and it's really top notch brand-wise. She hasn't "sacrified" any career if she chose to work for those high-profile guys while managing to combine it with something close to the soul, instead of droning at a run-of-the-mill IT company. She probably isn't paid less at all since Vkusvill is a high-end, borderline luxurious company, and on top of that she gets to help revive a village that she has personal connections to, and help a community. That's impressive amounts of win in my book. ...Anyway, how does a modern stock-listed company like Vkusvill resonate with "communism"? Trying to get an international, even bigger stock-listed company like IKEA involved etc? Well, not at all. There is nothing communist about Russia today in the least. Russia is a market economy, completely capitalist, and has been for 30 years. The remnants of the old communist party, now headed by Zyuganov does not control any federal offices, it's in minority in the Russian legislative assemblies, and the party is in fact in opposition to the current government. Her words about whether or not the government will help them, she says no, and that sums it up. It's as far from communism you can get, it's each to his/her own to make things happen.. Communism on the other hand means that the state is involved in literally everything that happens. That is not the case here.
Awesome video. 1. Guzel is a very positive and energetic woman. She will succeed. 2. The soviet built road is the key. Accessibility is the key to development. 3. I wonder why bricks are not used in construction. In indian villages people use bricks. It can be locally made. 4. I am indian, I will definitely order things from her website. 5. Thank you Guzel, Thank you Russian Plus.
Hi there, yes, agree she's doing the change. Unfortunately, most young people leave such places and even those in cities don't wanna improve things around them. Most key infrastructure that's exist now was build during Soviet era.

One of the best videos you've ever done. I really love how motivated she is to make a difference in this village and who knows maybe other villages can follow suit. I love her 4 steps to reviving a village because it is very true. I did not expect this. Now I'm totally impressed by Guzel and the villagers' awesome project. Also fantastic reporting by RussianPlus. Thank you so much for the eye opener and all the pleasure! Best wishes!
Hello from Bakersfield California USA. Prayers for your success.
Sometimes it's hard to judge who is more beautiful: Russia or their people with golden hearts.
both are beauriful.
Both are
The people make a place beautiful
Guzel is a remarkable young lady!

I've never seen a person this passionate about something before.
Really inspires me!.
Also, old Russian log-houses are just beautiful!.

Agreed!
Wow. Mind is blown! Wish the best to Guzel and her team.
Incredible video, Russian Plus. I loved the scenes showing the sights and sounds without words.
Lots of love from India.
Rural Russia is so beautiful, for those of us who love the countryside.
ua-cam.com/video/lWQczWDwAn4/v-deo.html
Actually looks like iowa!
not iowa wisconson/minnesota.
This young woman is amazing.... She Is A Miracle Worker !!
God Bless Her !
What a wonderful rural business miss Guzel has nurtured there, I really like the way she keeps life in the village & the local people in employment, Bravo to her, Beautiful country.
I'm an American. I've been to Russia and have often wondered how Russian villages and rural life could be brought back. I love what she is doing.
Sir kindly arrange me a job at USA
She’s doing good for herself. But the progress in that village seems to be very minimal compared to the grandiose success of American suburbs. Seems like it’s a personal expedition for her and the ppl benefit on the side. That village needs corporate investment to make it more suburban and increase population.
you are american from where?
Beautiful village, She is not only beautiful but also well educated,

Guzel is an amazing inspiration .. I love the connection and care she has taken to give her village more than they could have ever dreamed of .. May God bless her! She is not only a good woman she truly is a great woman!
Life here is better than city living I think. God bless her and all of these people. This is very important.
@Desmond Bagley Come and freed them, they're waiting for you big guy...
Some people dream about it. Some people talk about it. Some people do something about it. Guzel does all three! Impressive lady!
That's certainly the best video about Guzel and her business 😊 It is full of warmth and kindness, you are her guest first off all, not a simple journalist. 😊 As for me, I'm in love with the Russian countryside, and I'm sure that modern people will finally understand that it has the future and we all can make it a wonderful place to live... We should finally stop running away to the two capitals of Russia and complaining about the bad situation in the remote parts of our Motherland.
Guzel is an amazing, inspiring person with socially-responsible business, I admire her a lot!
She looks so kind, calm and open-hearted 😊💛 Thank you very much for this video, it is very interesting!
By the way, I've never tried wild strawberries 😀
Hi Thanks! Guzel is great! so energetic! you don't have wild strawberries in Volgograd?

That would be my dream to come and live there with my Russian wife. I have had many wonderful trips to Russia. One of the best ones was this year February and March. We started in Moscow then to Crimea, Rostov on Don, Volgograd, Kislovodsk, and back to Moscow. We were going to stay until May 1, but left when Covid started shutting things down. No Covid and I am not afraid. I hope you are all healthy. Thank you for this beautiful video.

Guzel should receive a medal for being so welcoming and explaining life and prospects for her village. What an inspiration. I wish all Generation Y/Millennials could be as perceptive, outgoing and generous as her. A gold badge of honor with ceremony and champagne celebrations. The future for you is bright!!
This is very important. Thank you for showing this project. This young woman is doing a great work to bring hope and life back to this village.
In the cities, people are living in huge apartment buildings and working in the city. People hardly know their neighbors. It is very good to revive the villages.
This was awesome and so enjoyable!!! I’m from the countryside and love this way of life too. Really no different than the countryside in USA. I love what she said ab all of us being human and wanting the same things. I’ve never heard truer words spoken. ❤️❤️
Impressed by Guzel hard work , vision and determination .
the world is a better place with Guzel .
well done 🌹
Kudos to Guzel for unselfishly helping a small village come to life and someday more vibrant. Thank you for sharing a good vlog in the Russian village. You're the man....

Greetings from India! So nice to see someone like Guzel, young and so enterprising and with such a big vision. She does not want to wait for anybody to solve her problems, but instead prefers to do it herself no matter how challenging they seem. Would love to visit this place one day. I really envy that kind of village life. Greetings and good wishes to all in her team and to you, Russian Plus, for this lovely program!

What wonderful lady so unselfish thinking of other peoples needs so many of our villages are dying the young leave for city life because there's no work this is a really fresh idea respect to you from Wales UK
We experienced a terrible decline in the 90s. This especially affected the villages. But! Now villages in Russia come to life en masse: a national project for the restoration of small towns, villages and estates is in effect: ua-cam.com/video/lWQczWDwAn4/v-deo.html
But, of course, personal initiative is also very good: it will speed things up where the "hands of the national project" have not yet reached.
By the way it looks, Guzel's visions of reviving her village will have an amazing fulfillment because she puts her heart and soul into it plus people like you have special contributions, too! This once quiet countryside shall attract visitors and Guzel's products are gonna be the popular souvenir items!

The next time I hear someone complaining about Russia, I'm not going to say a word. Instead, I will send them a link to this video. What a wonderful tour of that village, and what a special person Guzel is. This is the real meaning of community.
it's the community party that's the problem being not flexible enough to make changes. Russia is a dinosaur
it's the communist party that's the problem being not flexible enough to make changes. Russia communism is a dinosaur these products she has would sell well in europe
For decades, this kind of entrepreneurship, would bring her a big trouble.

Villages in every country can offer so much; however, many people gravitate towards the city for a better life (which is good), but I think more need to also try and help villages if they can while living in the city. She is making a difference and it is inspiring to see someone in my age group doing that. I wish her success.
