He can differ light and heavy He can differ bash He can differ dodge from dodge attack and so on. Sol. Cant react. Isnt on differ. But! He makes reads that are ridiculous. And is amazing in anti ganks (potentially a top tier anti ganker but not duelist)

It's a bug, devs intentionally removed ranged attacks to prevent situations like this, but they did not consider 3 step lock off chain links, (basically his deflect kick) and I understand it because it's usually a very niche and rare situation.
use wired connection, and check if dualsense provides correct response, it should be aprox. 3ms. i just recently switched to dualshock 4 from dualsense, dualsense had insane amount of drifts that made any single game unplayable.

can you explain why you do only 2 sickle rain hits?
Backdodge to kick afterwards has frame disadvantage otherwise and can be interrupted with a light
Which also interrupts sickle rain* to keep frame advantage, skipping the last hit and dodging back is usually the best option.
