Yeah I understood the fact here, it works on shinobi too, but because of special thing about the shinobi's deflect it has a hard stickment to its target, so it means it can only deflect the feat thrower which is zhanhu. To be able to deflect with shino opponent has to be close, so the zhanhu has to be in range of shinobi's deflect teleport in order to deflect fire.
@@subwaysolthat makes sense, although it would be really cool looking to teleport far towards your opponent. i would assume it would be very weird or not work at all with a character like berserker, have you tried?
berserker can probably target swap his guardbreak when he gets the deflect from fire. Actually, i still remember, once i did a deflect with shinobi and i crossed the whole capture point to teleport someone else, i did deal 0 damage but still got to go very far away with shinobi's deflect, don't know what caused it, it was before his rework, so a very old case. There are also still little shenanigans about dodging shinobi's deflect teleport, i can feel it, either the deflect window gets smaller or it just gets erased completely, what i mean by opponents getting far away from shino with dodge/special cancels after shino getting a deflect and shinobi can only access to guardbreak, not a teleport, teleport doesn't trigger, it was a confirmed case with pre-rework shinobi, but i assume it's still a case in rarer cases.
