It's actually cheap for us westerners and a bit pricey for Thai locals. That price is about correct and the beers I'm not sure, I just ordered more and paid for the bill, I spent around $40 for food and drinks and stayed for 4hrs so good value.

I have stayed plus 10 times in Bangrak, close to Saphan Taksin. Love the neighbourhood.
