Reduce your sugar intake, especially procesed sugars, such as bread and sweets (you don't want to eliminate sugars and carbohydrates entirely). Eat lots of veggies and moderate amount of fruit (max 3 a day). Take organic apple cider vinegar with the Mother (the Mother is the natural residue that makes vinegar cloudy, unlike most commercially available vinegars) before a carb-rich meal. Apple cider vinegar regulates your insulin level (very helpful in PCOS). This in turn regulates your hormones and helps conceive. Keep trying honey. Also I've been drinking Jamaican dog blood Bush (fertility bush) tea to make sure my other tube stays open and healthy (free of blockage)
