I am here for the same reason. The hand that was so gentle I never thought in a million years would or could hurt me turned out to be the devil himself. No one has ever stripped my self respect and my confidence away from me, until this man. I can’t even look in a mirror now because he convinced me that I am so ugly and unwanted. I don’t know what to do anymore, I feel so lost with no direction in sight. My life will never be normal. I Will never feel whole enough to be intimate with another man. My sensuality dies over and over again each day. He is not damaged, he is happy as a pig in shit. He knows he hurt me but what he does not know is that I will never be whole. I agree with everything except plants. Eat carnivore eliminate inflammatory refined carbs and plants, which do not have complete nutrients. Animals have fully converted the vitamins into optimal form for humans. High animal fat and moderate protein is healing and restorative to humans.
I started listening to this as I was painting. An overwhelming emotion came over me. I started crying but not a sad cry. One of relief. I felt the spirit of my grandmother. Comforting me, reassuring me and guiding me. I feel reborn in a sense. I saw a white owl today🦉 perched right across from my door way. It captivated me I knew it was a greeting from my angels. I’ve heard the theory that menstrual pain comes from emotional pain that has manifested itself in the body.
I noticed, that since I take better care of myself, of my energy and don’t hold in any pain, but speak freely, my pain has vanished almost completely.
I also changed my diet to mostly vegan and meditate now. Guess it’s a combination of all these things.
I also heard that dairy products cause menstrual pain. Haven’t researched that though.
Ginger also helps. And Oregano oil (Origanum vulgare). =)

I'm a cis girl. I'm usually very anxious and one of my greater vices is I'm really comfortable with controling and organizing things around me. I feel good having that safety. I've got trouble relaxing and letting go of the future I'm trying to organize. I've got trouble focusing on the present. I litteraly live in the potential future I'm creating. Anyway, I listenend to this video drinking a beer in my hot bath. I really got into it. That was great. I felt a heat in my body. I really wanted to spread love around all my female friends and even shared this video to them. I repeated to myself things like "Relax. Let go. Think about now. Think about yourself. Stop trying to control things. Be yourself. Become yourself. Connect. Connect to yourself. Accept. Let go." etc. And I was making sounds with my mouth, just like that, because I felt great doing it without wondering about what I was doing. I think I tuned with the sounds of the music. I did not realize it at first, but I started thinking about many things I like about myself. I was relaxed. I was grateful. I wanna spread love. I wanted to be gentle about myself. I shaved, washed my face and my body carefully and enjoyed doing it (as it's usually something that bores me to death). I just wanna say thank you. Please, for you, trust yourself. If you don't trust yourself, you have to come to the conclusion that you're not yourself. You're worthy. You're loved. Find yourself. Just simply. Simply.

I love your work, I play it all the time. My very active house dogs calm down and rest as I meditate. I suggest holding a quartz crystal or ameythst stone as you meditate, then carry that stone with you all day. The stone carries your energy as long as you hold it in your hand as you listen. You can draw from that positive energy all day by just squeezing your crystal or stone. I did not believe it until I tried it.....Stress melts and I go back to this music in my mind. You might as well activate your Kundalini, you will have to eventually anyway. I activated mines atleast a year or two ago and now I'm in a much better place even tho I had to face myself to get here, it was so worth it. JC Y All you need to do to activate your Kundalini is have the intention to do so while opening your chakras one by one starting with the root. Once you open one chakra all must and will open this is the beginning of activating your Kundalini and balancing your masculine and feminine energy. Kundalini is divine feminine energy and once it's activated you will be forced to faced any and all obstacles keeping your chakras blocked and holding you back from your full potential. This is a liberating process and will give you your power back, it can be a bumpy ride but it's totally worth it and is our destiny. This started playing randomly while I work with 3 beautiful women who've gone before me by my side on this blue moon in 2020. We are working on healing our ancestral lines. Love your work. Blessings to all.
I turned this on from the TV to refresh my aura while cleaning the house. Normally I don't believe in such things. But I experienced something very interesting and I immediately wanted to open it on the computer and read the comments.
After the first few minutes of the music, I started to feel a pain in my throat. As if I wanted to cry but I couldn't. I didn't feel very well. It was weird because we had left my baby with grandma and rested for a few hours and even ordered pizza with my husband and enjoyed it. There was no reason for me to feel bad.
Afterwards, I started to feel weird and rise, especially in the minor chords of the music. Later, this feeling gave way to a deep sadness and peace. But I'm sure it's not the same as listening to an emotional song. Now I feel ticklish-like chills in various parts of my body. Very interesting, this is the first time I've experienced something like this.
Have you experienced similar things? Why might this be happening? Im a little bir scared.

I am a woman and pretty balanced between my masculine and feminine side but prefer being more feminine. But I feel like the girl/woman in me didn’t get nurtured and was abused/neglected and has made the energy I’m radiating that of a damaged feminine. It’s manifested as acne for years and years, repressed anger, obsession, body image issues, relationship issues, not attracting a boyfriend, and not having close girlfriends. None of this was my fault but sometimes life really just puts you through the wringer and now I want my beautiful feminine energy back. I want my skin to be clear and smooth, to attract love and fulfillment, and feel beautiful and healthy inside and out. I’ve grown tired of this trauma, time to release this toxicity from myself and take in sweetness ❤️❤️
