Great video! Watching this and listening to the discussion made me realize that I'm closer to achieving significant success in my field than I thought.
I do have some feedback, though. It felt like there was too much emphasis on selling the service, rather than focusing on the client's current challenges. A deeper exploration of the problem and its real impact could’ve been more effective in guiding them to understand the severity of the issue. For example, how has this problem affected their business during slower months? What has been the impact on their financial stability, growth, or even personal life? And importantly, what would their situation look like if this issue were resolved?
    Cheers!

Thanks Carlos. Honest advice here is for you to get your head out of the sales books and the theoretical. We know the problem. We have the solution. Every sale is the same and when someone is taking the time to have a conversation with you, it’s your deal to lose.

@@yourealazyfvck This feedback is based on what I’ve learned and implemented throughout my sales that I’ve consistently closed. Everything you did was great but from what I observed the guy was sold on what you had to offer just wasn’t closed. Of course I don’t close everyone either and sometimes it is because of timing but there’s time that I’ve reflected on what I could’ve done better to make it happen. No hate here bro, just how you’re helping us out thought I could provide something else in value as well

Great Video I just came across your channel today. What would your D2D sales script be for window cleaning? I just watched your video on the call twice passive strategy, how would you do that for window cleaning. Its a little different since its in person but if you have any advice I would appreciate it.

Try this I give you example :
Knock them on the door .
Tell him/her your name ,ask him/her if he/she is owner and ask him/her name.
Then tell him/her that you are cleaning windows in this area if he/ she is open to save 1-2 hours of his/her time for xy dollars(your price) , than shut up.
He/she tells you yes or no.
When the No is answer give them your phone number and tell if you like to use my services for the future here is my number and ask if he/she knows about anybody from their neighbourd that can use your cleaning services.
IF answer is Yes ,ask if you can start righr now or book with them appoitment for specific time and ask them for their phone number and it is done.
Every happy client ask for refferal(their friends and family can use your services )
Sorry for my english I'm not native speaker but I think i can help you .Enjoy the day

Imagine you build people affordable housing. Then all the poor people move there. Your loans get paid off quick. Your investors get long term cash flow rewards. Its a win-win scenario especially if you live near broke old city like chicago or detroit or canada, or maybe even london or germany. Then your jobs come back because your people can invest in new science and technology.

Hey David do you have any tips for growing low ticket b2c ecommerce?
Im so close to throwing in the towel in this business because I realize how much easier high ticket service b2c or b2b busineses are. I have no opportunities for sales calls in my business its basically just impulse purchases for people. Our average product price is like $35. Thanks!

you need 100 customers to sell $3500 worth of product

Charging 2k for a $30/day client doesn’t make sense. You have to reach at least 10x Roas to make it profitable for client. Isn’t it?

    • @yourealazyfvck
      @yourealazyfvck  4 місяці тому +3

Home services are different because of the lead value. Conversion rate is up to the client / customer. If they're getting leads for a few dollars, let say $3 CPL - they'll get 10 leads per day, 70/week on average, and depending on their contact rate / close rate/ and job size (which is over $10,000+ per clip) they'll make LOADS of money from just a bit of ad spend. They're not in a position to spend thousands on ads to small markets like one postcode.

Bro there’s no way you were getting a roofer $100k/mo on $300/mo adspend. That’s false advertising.
$300/mo is 10 good quality leads, which is 5 booked job estimates and 1-2 closed jobs.
    Thus leading to 10-30k revenue.
Saw you replying to a comment with “$30/day”.
That’s $900/mo. Sure multiply 20kx3 = 60k rev generated. Which is AMAZING don’t get me wrong.
But we’re still not at $100k/mo as in 7-10 jobs generated.
As a marketer working with roofers for over a year now, and generating $20M+ rev for clients. The numbers you’re mentioning are flat out fake.
This hurts your credibility big time. Now I am wondering if your “$40M” is legit. I’m hearing you out man. I want to be proven wrong, so I can do better and bring my clients better results.
