I love watching you work bro. Because screen printing is an extremely difficult process and I love how passionate you are about it. Keep it up bro!
Hey I appreciate it bro!
What an improvement bro!!
i watched almost all of your previous video at your parents basement now you hear, I still grasping all the techniques and tricks, love your generosity .. I’m in to DTF but nothing is biting screen printing .. it’s soo natural ..
Keep it up bro!!
Thank you for helping other screen printers 🙏🙏
very inspirational!!
You do an outstanding job with your t-shirt business. I don't usually leave comments, but I'm truly impressed by the creativity and quality of your designs. It's clear that you take great pride in your work, and your strong work ethic really shows in each piece you create - I wish more people had that attitude. Keep up the excellent work, I'll definitely be supporting your business and watching your journey.
Nothing but mad respect and admiration for you to be on the entrepreneurial grind at such a young age! I wish you all the best and continued success young hustler!
You just made my day Lee! I appreciate the love and support 🙏🏽 respect to you!!
When you need space to load the shirt onto the platen bro get in-between the screens to load your shirts. That's the only comfortable way to load them. I have the same press
Yeahh wish there was a better way it’s too tight and moving between the screen and platen takes production time on a long run
@@baavproductions true but you get used to it
Agreed bro
Oh, that was good info!!!
vibin to them, keep the authenticity
If you hold the scoop coater flat against the screen you will have less spillage. Just tip it until the sides are touching the screen, not just the edge... Love your content!
Ahhh great tip! I will definitely be putting that to use! I hate that excess spill at the edge of the screen
You seem knowledgeable how does that duel sided tac hold up for fleece hoodies, does it hold it down on the pallet good?
Hey Baav, digg'n watching your videos. It seems like you're into testing and R&D. Have your guy who does seps for you put a 10% open dot on your flash screen under areas that will have a top color(blues & reds), like on your red ink in this video. It'll do a few things for you. 1. Soften the hand. 2. It'll give some "tooth" for the red top color to bite into. 2A it'll give you a nice matte finish to the red ink(if that's what you want). (10% dot in my shop may not be the same in yours but you get it I'm sure)
Also, I run a 45 LPI on 90% of all my work. Plus on over-lapping gradients, I always just change the print order to see what I get for a reference point, easy on a manual. I run 230's and 305's for gradients typically. Love seeing young people who appreciate the art of screen printing. Keep up the good work!
Excellent content it's definitely different seeing you out of that basement bro
Man great work!
Thank you man!
I like your quote “chase your dreams, or work for the man that chased his”
It’s a good quote that’s out there🙌🏽
So when it comes to applying the second or third (etc) layer
Is there some kind of "snap" or alignment on the machine itself or do you have to manually align it using the laser?
Should always let the shirt cool down before you do a stretch test. Also stretch test does not work on hoodies
Hi from the UK. I have the same exposure unit as you but thought the screen template was placed on the glass and just noticed you have yours on the units lid. Now this is my silly question, how are you sticking down on the lid, are you just using sellotape or some other way? Thanks
Hey buddy new to screen printing here just want to let you know your videos have helped me out a ton.. I have a question for you nobody really shows the setting up of the other pallets after the first one is registered and off contact is established throughout all your colors to one particular pallet, I’m sure it’s pretty simple as far as the in and out position but how accurate are these multiple pallet machines from one pallet to the next as far as the off contact height and the XY axis do they vary from one to the next and if so how do you adjust for it? Do the pallets adjust up and down on these nicer machines? Congratulations on your new shop looks awesome!!
Happy New Year bro, increased blessings in 2023, your shop looks amazing
Happy New Years to you as well!
I have to ask. Have you tried screen print transfers?? If so what are your thoughts compared to traditional print screen in terms of durability?
they suck
How does the dual sided pallet tape hold up for hoodies? or the logos that lay down a bunch of ink does it hold the hoodie in place?
Wow! Bro?. How did you get that vinyl cutter to work with macbook pro?
It’s old MacBook that I re turned into a windows. It’s literally just there for the vinyl cutter
@@baavproductions ok thanks bro.
Whats a great sweatshirt and hoodie you would recommend?
Independent trading co hoodies
Can you tell me about the gsm of your tshirt
❤❤
So do you flash every color? Or do u ever do wet on wet
I couldn't wait to go through the contents you've created here😳😍... I must say you're doing amazingly great. Keep it up
I would love to get in touch since I've same passion. Reply with your social media handle please
#NoGrindNoGlory Bro as usual you are killing it love in the artwork amazing contact
I know you’ve been busy with your new shop but I’m so glad you are still making content! I appreciate your good, thorough and honest production and filming!
That means a lot! I really appreciate you taking the time out and showing love and support.. goes a really long way🙌🏽
Great stuff man Ive been watching you for almost a year now still remember the renovations you did back in the basement, to now. That press is looking gorgeous bro. Blessings.
Feels like that was just yesterday! Crazy! I appreciate the love along the journey 🙏🏽
I just came across one of your screen printing videos, question - why do you swipe backwards? You are going against the lifters on your machine? I have printing shirts since I was 14 and am 58 years now. If you pull your squeege towards you the lift adjustment on your machine will allow the ink to pass throw faster and more even.
Hey David, I did pull the ink towards me in this video though? If your referring to pulling the squeegee
Ayooo... puttin' in that work! Great video. Good to see you makin' changes, steppin' up your game and grindin'. Get ish done. 🤛
I appreciate you Rick 🤘🏽
Favourite screen printer on UA-cam, always delivery quality content keep it up bro🤝
Aye I appreciate you bro🫶🏽
Baav your hair looks so good Bro! 🔥🔥
Tryna be like you my G🌊
Nice and professional.
BUT want to have a try the digital DTF printer soltion? Makes garment printing easier and better.
Great job!
Nyc work bro.....am asking if you can make a video on how you do yo designs in Photoshop.... please
I'm really inspired and motivated by your videos.
for a gradient to work, are you supposed to not flash the green?
I did flash the green
When printing gradient designs your not suppose to flash the colors that are suppose to be gradient, your suppose to print wet on wet so the colors blend in with each other
Hey Bro, another great video 👍, how many cameras do you use to shoot your vlog? Have you installed several cameras? And they are static?
Thank you! I have just 1 camera! I wish I had several cameras but all the extra shots are me literally setting up the tripod every time
All right my Boy that shop is looking good bubby, But I think I miss your basement it's makes feel like home
I appreciate ya Hector! And man I totally feel you! I miss the home vibe!
Hey! Do you have a screen printing price sheet for sale? Congrats on your new shop 🎉
I’ve been printing about 10 years and all of this. Just when you think you got it down, the universe slaps you in the mouth. But I love printing still and it’s a good side hustle. 🤘🏻🥁🤙🏼
Very nice
Thank you!
