Make sure your water isn’t already soft. Avoid liquid detergents and fabric softeners of any kind, other than white vinegar. I kept using fabric softeners ( more and more) thinking my clothes needed it, and I’d add more and more liquid detergent, until my appliance repair man, whom I’ve known for over twenty years, told me to stop using fabric softeners and switch to powder detergents. It made a huge difference! I hope that helps with mystery spots and drab clothes!
@@katiecrosby1187 I doubt it's the water and same for the fabric softer and detergent. I use the approved stuff for the machine and never use an over abundance of it. My clothes come out with a lint like substance all over then. I think its the fact that it's has no real agitator and it uses little water. There is no real agitation in the machine, the clothes just slosh in a pool over dirty water. The water is pumped out from the bottom and it leaves remaining dirty/material on the top of the clothing. Then the spin just pulls the remain water out through the side by force but the material stays. The only way I can prevent it from happening is override the water usage setting and also do a double rinse. Which both defeat the whole feature of this machine as saving water. And if i do a load of something that requires bleach, when I'm done I have to run a complete cycle empty so it gets any remaining bleach out of the machine. Ive ruined a few loads of colors because the previous cycle left bleach in the machine. And before you say it, no I didn't add to much bleach. I never had this problem with the front loader Samsung models I previously owned.
How do you get the tray back in?? This thing sucks.
Mine doesn't dispense softener on some settings
In the description for the washer on their website says to only use softer when on extra rinse
You are not an adult until you watch a UA-cam video on your washer/dryer purchase.
Spin and drain function doesn’t work. Adds additional water, will not spin.
Did you resolved the problem? I got the same. That cover under Waranty right?
Mine does the same.
It is Very nice
When you buy your washer on clearance and it didn't come with any manuals and have to resort to youtube. Good info though.
Omg mine is not spinning. I put on drain and spin still nothing. Clothes still really wet
Did you rexolved your problem..? I just got mine and do the same since first time use.
@@scottbaseball8046 I had to send it back. I regret purchasing it. I watched every video out there it still didn’t work
