Hit the Baseball up the MIDDLE more consistently (Simple drills to help you make more hard Contact)

In this video Coach Shane goes over simple drills on how to hit the ball up the middle more often. He uses a PVC pipe to show you drills as well as what do to hit the ball hard up the middle. The purpose of hitting the ball up the middle allows us to take the proper swings as well as it shows that we are on time. Focusing are swings to hit the ball up the middle will allow us to hit the ball all over the field! Thanks for Watching!

Around 4-5 feet or so! Just make sure it’s a thinner PVC pipe 😁

Trust your hands! The biggest problem with being afraid of the ball os that you don’t believe in your skills! Trust yourself and catch the ball! See it all the way into the glove! We made a video on being more aggressive! Hope this helps!
