I just wanted to say how much I, and everyone else, truly appreciates you doing these tutorials! You do such an amazing job going through and explaining everything in a super understandable way and all the time and effort you put into these to help us learn it is so, so kind. I’ve been going though and learning pretty much all of them the last couple weeks and it has brought me so much joy and I have you to thanks for that. You are the absolute best, thanks for everything you do, keep up the great work!

You’re literally my favourite person on this platform, thank you so much! You taught me my first guitar song (jubilee line) and I’ve wanted to learn this for a while so here I go!!
I have a goal (or you can call it a dream) to play every single Wilbur Soot song in one sitting to test myself and to pay homage to Wilbur because he is one of the two people who made me love guitar and folk music. Your tutorials are the best I could find, so detailed end well-explained. I can't thank you enough for your work
I’ve been wanting to play this for so long but I couldn’t find any good tutorials then u popped up and I’m finally learning!!! ur teaching is absolutely amazing and I’ve been able to learn so much music on guitar because of you:) tysm!
i was really struggling learning from wilbur's own tutorial and this was really helpful in going into more detail and explaining it in an easy to understand way. i now know the whole song and just need to practice until i can play it at full speed without mistakes! thanks so much for this :D
Tried to learn this song when I first started playing guitar back in late 2019/early 2020. Glad to see coming back a few years later that I can pick the song up in less than 30 minutes now. Top tier tutorial, it helped a lot!
winter without ycgma just feels wrong, and despite wilburs actions, his music inspired me to pick up guitar and brings me the most joy when i play, so through playing his songs myself i keep that spark alive without supporting him. i've never felt more at ease playing than when i learn w your tutorials :)
I watched through the video twice and even took my own notes. The way you explain it is very organized and straight to the point. Thank you so much for uploading this! Learned the whole song in two days thanks to you
I tried playing this song for months now, I watched so many different UA-cam tutorials and looked up tabs etc. but this video finally helped me play this amazing song thank you so much
great video but just saying at the end of the lyric "my optimistically set alarm clock wise" where you use ur pinkie and then tab on the other string (20:35) you don't need to tab on the other string, you can simply just remove the pinky and plug the same string. Again, amazing video, just helping out for others who might fine this way easier :)
Thanks! I'm not sure what tab means but i suggest using the pinky. The pinky is often neglected by guitarist and will make everything easier if you put in the time. The stretch with the third finger may be easier but only if you don't have your pinky finger developed.
I am so glad I came across this channel. I've tried learning little bits and pieces of all your tutorials but Saline Solution was the one that really stuck. It's been a couple weeks since I started practicing Saline Solution, just picking up the guitar when I'm bored, and today I've finally played all the pieces to it. Just gotta put it together now so wish me luck! :)

Hello Mr, thank you for making these tutorials! I recently picked up the guitar and Since I Saw Vienna was the first song I learned, thanks to your tutorial! I love all of your wilbur tutorials! they are really well explained and it helps me a bunch! there is this song called Hi Tops by M.A.G.S and I couldn't find any tutorials on how to play it- 😕 could you possibly do a tutorial on it if you can?
Thank you so much for this, it was really helpful! Thank you for going through the tuning bit instead of just saying what it was so quickly, appreciate it!
Helpful as always! If you have the chance and are up to it can you maybe tackle Welly Boots by The Amazing Devil? The only lesson I could find online isn't exactly clear on the fancy fingerstyle in the beginning as it only shows the chords. Will keep following your tutorials as you help clear up questions I have
i'm trying to get myself a new guitar soon, as the one i have is a bit small and the strings are bad, this is gonna be probably one of the first songs i want to learn
Thank you for this tutorial! Its really helping me out though I have only made it 11:58 minutes in but I have learned most of the intro already though the tuning may be a little off but that is only because I really didn't know how to tune it to its correct tune for the sound but its still works sorta ^^ :)
Your tutorials are amazingly helpful and in-depth, and have helped me so much with learning Wilbur Soot's songs! Also, it kind of sounds like Wonderwall
Great video! I really enjoyed and it helped a lot! I was also wondering if it was possible for you to do a tutorial of Losing Face. I've been learning the song on my own for a while, but there are some parts I'm confused with, and I'm not able to find tabs or chords for the accompaniment notes played by the electric guitar. Anyways thank you for making these videos!

Thank you so so much for making this video! You explained everything super well and you made it very easy to learn the entire song, even for a beginner like me. thank you!
Thank you for the support!
This song is so much more difficault that i was prepared for lmfao
You are seriously the only that I can understand. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
Could you do internet ruined me from wilbur. Nice work btw love your tutorials ❤
thanks! that and losing face are coming soon!
I love all of your wilbur tutorials! they are really well explained and it helps me a bunch! there is this song called Hi Tops by M.A.G.S and I couldn't find any tutorials on how to play it- 😕 could you possibly do a tutorial on it if you can?
Thanks! I’ll check that song out!!!
Thank you for explaining everything in such detail!! I'm so grateful :D
Thank you so much for this, it was really helpful! Thank you for going through the tuning bit instead of just saying what it was so quickly, appreciate it!
Thanks so much! Glad I could help
Helpful as always! If you have the chance and are up to it can you maybe tackle Welly Boots by The Amazing Devil? The only lesson I could find online isn't exactly clear on the fancy fingerstyle in the beginning as it only shows the chords.
Will keep following your tutorials as you help clear up questions I have
thanks my friend! I'll put that one on the list as well! the more requests i get for it the more likely i am to do it!
Please do screensaver next!
Or maybe Goodnight?
Thanks! I’ll check that out!
this is such a good tutorial thank you so much i’ve been trying to learn this song for ages and i’m finally making progress :))❤
You got this!
i'm trying to get myself a new guitar soon, as the one i have is a bit small and the strings are bad, this is gonna be probably one of the first songs i want to learn
That’s great! Check out a baby Taylor
thank you for rmaking this, it was so helpful !
Thanks for watching!
For the B section, what's the strumming pattern for the first chord on the 2nd and 3rd time, shown at 14:35?
Thank you for this tutorial! Its really helping me out though I have only made it 11:58 minutes in but I have learned most of the intro already though the tuning may be a little off but that is only because I really didn't know how to tune it to its correct tune for the sound but its still works sorta ^^ :)
That’s great! Congrats!
god my dumb brain couldn't handle the cords at first but I came back and now I feel eternal bliss knowing them
white wine in a weatherspoons next!
thanks! I'm getting on it!
could you do a losing face tutorial? i've already learned it but i dont know if it's quite right and your tutorials seem very accurate!
thanks! Im on it! that one is coming in the next week or so!
@@JustinRothberg thanks mr. rothberg very cool of you😁👍
Your tutorials are amazingly helpful and in-depth, and have helped me so much with learning Wilbur Soot's songs! Also, it kind of sounds like Wonderwall
this is fantastic. thank you!
Could you please make a tutorial for "Reanimate" by wilbur
What's the strumming pattern for the Em (1st chord) during the verse at 14:35
I don't know either, if you find out can you let me know?
D DD DU UD D
yes! thank you for this
Thanks for watching!
Ty! I finally know how to do it :)
Thank you for this! Learnt this In a week!
This is Amazing! Thank you so much
Thank you!
Thanks. They’ll! Be one up in a few hours. Editing issues
@@JustinRothberg Great!
THANK YOU SO MUCHHH 🙏
Thank you!!
Your videos are like the only ones I can learn off of you do an amazing job, I was wondering if you can do (privately owned spiral galaxy) by crywank. I’ve been looking up so many videos and everything and I just can’t figure out the cords. Much love keep it up.
thank you so much :D this is so helpful
thanks!
