Hi there! Yes, I was charged a £20 admin fee for my Doctors note. In answer to your other question - if you have a return time for Hagrids (for example) you can't use your pass to collect any other return times until you go on Hagrids, BUT you can use your pass to ride anything with a wait time of under 30 minutes as you can just walk onto these using your pass and don't need a return time. Do you know what the difference between the disability pass and express pass is? We usually buy the express pass so our autistic child does not have to wait in long lines.
A disability pass can only be used by people who have a disability that has been officially diagnosed but works in the same way as an express pass. By providing a doctors note you should be able to apply for a disability pass for your daughter. I hope this helps - Kris - TPT
