You can hate on partisans as much as you want, but I genuinely feel like they were just added to kill those players who would grayzone camp in tanks while firing in one spot. So blame those players for them being added.
The question is why don't radio 2 gets rocket? Not like it's that special, and if someone buy the premium squad it's for the gun and the engineer anyway (and I doubt any other than the soviet squad is worth it).

Guerrillas is sometimes referred to as a tactic, mostly performed by inferior forces, in ww2 by partisans. That means hiding among the civilians populace, and do sabotage job. Having enemy uniform is something special by itself, not the norm.
The only disappointing and embarrassing thing of that update its the volkssturm uniforms, in the test server you can see them even in Ardennes and other maps that they don't belong I hope they fix that to proper infantry uniforms and volkssturm only on Berlin
Given the appearance of the Resistance. It occurs to me that they could create another Squad. Fielgendarmerie Squad, its mission would be to patrol the rear and fight against the resistance. As extras, they could bring guard dogs to detect where the resistance has passed, a sniper and an engineer. The resistance could add extras. A saboteur engineer, with a special weapon, large demolition charge, to blow up bridges, make large holes in roads, blow up entire houses, etc. Limit the respawn of these units. For example, 2 per battle. During the battle time, there could only be 2 squads of these per side. What do you think?
Use personal orders and hide them. If you want them to be dangerous, use automatic weapon, LMG bots and late-game automatic rifles are especially dangerous.
its indeed strong, but no one plays it over as44/fedorovs on br5. nowadays PPSHs are usually given to tankers & APC drivers as they cant get assault rifles.

Partisans not being overpowered because they can only use smgs is only true if you are playing Germany. Soviets and Americans will be just fine with their drum mag ppsh 41 and Thompsons.
This is gonna be a crazy idea, but what if: we gave partisans 6-7 soldiers but they get insanely weak perk points, like 14-14-14 or something, since they are poorly trained civilians. Edit: except for maybe the allied guerillas and maybe japan
I would make them more like ambush wise tactic, like give the ability to carry either 5 tnt or 2 anti tank mines. Then perhaps reduce current ammo they carry at the start, and give one of them a panzerfaust. Also the ability to pick up anti tank weapons from the ground, or grenates(obtional)
My problem isnt the strensh level of firepower, but just giving them strong weapons doesn't really make them good, giving them character. If they can only play br4 weapons, make them carry panzerfausts perhaps only one shot per soldier. Just making them extraordinary and unique instead of powerful. Ambushing should be their primary objective. Like powerfull for non conventional tactics
Am I the only one who places rally points at the corner of the playable zone near the enemy spawn? I keep hearing how weak partisans are because they have to walk to the greyzone but a good 50% of my playtime is scouting for incoming every vics with at squads or stopping enemy from reinforcing with an MG. To me partisans would be perfect for my play style 😅
To be honest I don't think Partizans mechanic is op. Most players are outside their greyzones within a minute so it has little impact on the gameplay, and as you said partizans gonna be wiped out by full and conventionnal infantry units. My take is even to remove greyzones completly, because it make no sense at all but to limit us to frontal gameplay..
If you have a bunch of players going to your grey zone rush the objectives then. And if you’re killed and all your rally points are destroyed then you’re worse than the the other team and you have to accept the loss. Or build rally points but ik that’s hard for people lol
If they could change the events from 20000 every 2 days to like 500000 in 30 days or what ever. It would be much better because me personally I can’t play every day or two. So when I can play I’d rather be able to grind a decent chunk of the score while I can.

Whearas the gun sight irl is offset from the gun itself, the sight shows where the shell will be going yes, but does not show where it is coming from. You could be peaking a corner but your gun may still be behind the wall. Calculations for firing arc, velocity and that have been done 'in factory' and boiled down to basic range settings on the sight but this generally only applies to one ammo type leading to the gunner needing to know optimal ranges for his ammunition and what range to set to counteract lower velocity shells for example. in Enlisted the ranges don't really require the need for ranging and setting the sight as much (depending on what gun/tank). Ammo type also affects it's performance/reaction to the envrionment, solid shot AP will go through soft cover, HE detonates upon impact. Varying types will have more nuanced effects, many vehicles use APHE with explosive filler leading to initial penetration through cover then nothing happening to the target since the explosive filler has detonated after penetrating that cover, some thin cover like sheet metal is too thin to activate the fuse so it may go through just fine without any detonation until reaching the target.
i do hope they get a unique one of their own though, variety is the spice of life and having more accurate/intersting weaponry just makes stuff more enjoyable
On Anti Tank. The Allies and Japan's Anti tanks are fairly weak on BR III and above ngl. The only thing that was OP on it was the 75mm Cannon on both Soviet and Germany.
What is the point of MiG-3 soviet fighter and similar planes in other factions? Only 200 average ammo, even if you outmaneuver enemy plane and destroy it you have to travel 3-4km to reload. CAS can do the same better and support ground on the way back
thats spending 2 spawns away from the action, the first spawn being slow due to parachuting. that makes 10% of youre team almost inactive for 2-3 minutes, giving the enemy team a strong andvantage
As attacker you probably won’t have enough time and space to reach the enemy’s rear, yet as a defender, little bit of flanking will allow to hammer down the opponents right at the spawn point

Guerila are... ok just for fun, but are not a squad who cand based. I think as is now game is good. Partizan dont need to be more strong. My problem with these squad is when the team uset more as normal and nobody defend or capture- that is very anoyng.
Tou need actual brains to play this. Number 1. You need to sneak into the grey zone without anyone realising Number 2. Your task isn't to wreak havoc behind enemy lines but rather destroy rally points and assult camping machine gunners Number 3. Your supposed to stay behind cover like trees around roads. This is so you can destroy enemy tanks without being seen
Still giving them another crewman was a mistake. They get over 600 rounds for the two smgs + pistol. Not a single Assaulter/mg premium squads can have as many rounds.
That's not quite true, given squads like the MG-13 with Drum Magazines. Their weapons are still low BR so they can't really compete directly in open fighting unless your entire army is low BR. Round count is definitely not a good indicator of a squad's strength.
finally the soviets will have a good machine gun for long range. the mg42 needs more recoil though. it shoots like a laser beam even while shooting standing its miles better than any other machine gun and doesnt need a 100 round belt, its way too strong as it is.

The closest thing we have to the guerrillas in the game is the silenced MP40 squad. They have camouflages, silenced weapons, engineer and AT

For the Partisan squad they could have had a blank slot to be filled by a military observer. The slot could filled by any none vehicle class.

I was wondering why the premium guerilla squads were not listed on the Enlisted Resource spreadsheet yet. Because they were still tweaking them.
They don't put them before releasing them on the live server. Same thing was with last two event squads.
