Hello. I'm a 5' 3" tall woman. Would you recommend I use lighter or heavier darts? I seem to struggle at the moment with hitting the higher part of the board with any accuracy. Someone told me heavy darts would be better as apparently light darts need to be thrown higher because of the arc? I currently use 20-gram darts.
I don't think it really matters to be honest, if you did want to try a heavier dart, I'd go for something like a 24 gram dart, if you're struggling to get your darts higher, I'd also try changing the length of stem too, try something longer or shorter than you're currently using and see if it makes a difference. Other than that, keep your elbow high and practice and I'm sure you'll see an improvement
Duzza uses a pear shaped flight, you would have got that one but he said that's its actual set up (but doesnt use standard flights)
I got the Steve beaton darts. Are good. Recommend them to everyone.

The grip was really hard, most of the darts I guessed correctly were down to their shape rather than their grip!
