I hope you cryogenic treated that head after welding, you can tig weld around the id of the valve seats and they will fall out. On a kx 250f always shorten the valve guides that hang in the port, as they are known to crack off if your on the rev limiter alot/valve float. Use a pcd cutter when decking aluminum heads
