All Gwagens have diff locks as standard. You can see the difference.
A fair comparison would be a LandCruiser with diff locks.
Tyres are a huge part too.
Was anyone on mud tyres?
The Gwagen had skinny tyres, more traction.
Tyre pressures also play a huge part. Lower pressure gives you much more traction.
Then of course there is the nut holding the steering wheel.
Toyota KZJ70, G500, 4 runner and PatrolY61ZD30 on mud tyres. Only the 4 runner, G500 and PatrolY61 reached the top of. The patrolY61 is not recorded

Respect Mercedes G Class
Obviously the LC didn't have the front and rear diff locks. A locked 80 series will kick the G Wagons ass all day. The G simply doesn't lug down enough, or have the flex of a Cruiser.

No entendi que trata el video solo veo q meten un hdj 80 (land cruiser blanco)
Que de lejos es el mejor.... a dezlizar cn llantas a/t ( allterrain son inutiles en barro casi lo mismo q una llanta de asfalto).
Se ve q la runner q es muy buena pero nunca cerca de una land cruiser pero tiene mas agarre.. aqui solo vi diferencias de llantas.. ahora anda mira una hdj80 de ya 30 años de uso pero con sus mantenimientos y seguro esta mejor q otros de 15 años de uso (solo hablo de japoneses no quiero ni hablar de koreanos de carton peor de carros americanos d platico)

¿El Runner subió con bloqueo o solo lsd?
El runner este lleva los diferenciales abiertos, sin lsd ni nada pero las ruedas no veas lo que hacen. El sorento con lsd seguro que hubiera subido sin problema, ahí mejor el lsd y gas que el bloqueo.
Uff, no te creas. Yo he subido por pendientes impresionantes con el bloqueo donde otros con ruedas buenas y lsd no podían. Pero bueno te veo más experimentado en barro a tope, por aquí no hay tanto.

Complete bullshit ,If a 4 runner can cross that then why not the land cruiser!I do agree that the g class is the best off-road vehicle,but even the land cruiser is not so less,it depends upon drivers,most stupids mostly buy a Japanese 4x4 thinking it is good,but it is always the driver who plays the role ,stop always commenting that the g class is best bla,bla,bla!!!! and don't think the Japanese trucks to be worst,in fact it is the best since Japanese trucks are made with innovation and same for the German trucks,both the g class and the land cruisers are the best 4x4s

This kind muddy trail you need skinny tire to get traction ,land cruiser tire too fat and just float on tot the slippery surface and Landcruiser to heavy 4runner and Gwagon lighter and more faster approach .
The G wagen is the most capable 4x4, period.
