- So I built a Calisthenics Park / Ninja Warrior course / Jungle Gym in my backyard! I built this outdoor home workout center to help me train and do fitness at home. It can be used by the whole family to workout or for the younger ones to just play around on the monkey bars. I have incorporated into the build, pull up bars, a dip bar station, rings and mountain climber holds. In my next video I plan to show some behind the scene footage of how I built this workout center / ninja warrior course / Jungle Gym in my backyard.

This is great. my kids have outgrown our old ninja warrior course. this would be perfect for the entire family. Nice choice of bars. where did you get them?
The bars are galvanized pipe that I got from Home Depot. I cut them to size and painted them.

Beautiful. Kudos for the mountain climber grips. This is the first I've thought of using them on something like monkey bars. Kudos for that muscle up too lol. BTW, what are the dimensions you used for spacing the monkey bars and pull up bars? Lastly, I plan to use 6 x 6 x 10 beams because I'm a heavy guy. Although your setup is nice, I have a feeling I'd make it wobble.
Thank you! The pull up bars are 5 feet / 60 inches. I would have ultimately used 6x6 beams but they are way more expensive than the 4x6 beams. Just make sure you put the beams at least 3 feet under ground and you will be good. I have have people 200 pounds on my setup with no problem.
@@VFit4life Great job...and informative video. But I have three questions: 1) Did you cements the posts in-place? 2) Where did you get the pipe for the project? 3) Did you get the pipes threaded or just held by the brackets?

@@scottargetsinger4830 1) cemented post in ground. 2) pipes from Home depot 3) pipes are held with the alan key bracket. Not threaded.

I like to do calisthenics and I saw this park to exercise.it’s owesome
I’m not sure if I can do it. Cause I have no experience ito make this kind of thing
